Really wish Smalling could develop his game with the ball, because his defending has come on leaps and bounds over the last year or so.

Am I the only one that finds it a wee bit odd that all the refs are Norn' Iron (with the 4th being Irish)?
Well they have to use Referees who aren't from either nation, hence why the Northern Irish officials are there. I don't think it makes a difference with the 4th official though.

Somewhere Jack Grealish and his dad are desperately trying to check if any of his grandparents were German.

But it's ok because after 8 games he will score 2 in a match and then go on a drought again. Wrinse and repeat

Yet he has around 250 goals in 400 games? Something doesn't add up.

Also, 'rinse'.

No is going to pay £50m for Sterling. If that is the minimum offer Liverpool will accept then they're going to have a player who clearly doesn't want to be there for at least a year.

What is the plan with the FA for Hodgson? Really? I mean I can't wait till we go out of the Euro's in a year's time as hopefully that will mark the end of Hodgson's time as England manager, but knowing the FA it probably won't.

I really can't see him going beyond Euro 2016 but who knows. He is the perfect fit for the FA because they have been famed for their yes man managers down the years.

There isn't a single player in the England team at the moment that an opposition manager would be worried about facing.

Who's the owner of the knee tattoo behind O'Neill on the Irish bench?
