I hope after paying 36m for a player he will start. Or am I wrong in thinking this way?

Also, the £36M initial fee is actually £22M up front with £3.5M per year for 4 years. Quite a well structured deal all round I think.
Why would Dortmund do that? They don't need the money now. They can use it in jan at max. Januzaj as Reus replacement is too daft
