We need to make the most of these half chances. Tight, safer style games like these are won and lost in small moments. We've restricted Liverpool to almost no offensive threat and had a few openings ourselves so far but just not capitalised on the final ball. The speed at which we win the ball back at times is frighteningly good. Shaw, Carrick and Blind vying for MOTM at this rate.

The 2nd half of the first season gave me some hope we were starting to click and were verging on good football, but this is absolutely shocking.

The only drive we have in the team is from Luke Shaw, everything else is absolutely awful.

He had a lot of good games last year in midfield in my opinion.

He was never actually in central midfielder. We've basically seen two Fellaini's at United. One, the central/holding midfield who was dismal, and then one that moved between 8 or 10 (second striker was probably an exaggeration), and that's the one that was really good.

Ha ha. Actually agree with that. I can understand why Liverpool are playing the way they are. They don't want to lose. A draw is fine by then. But what we are doing is just mind numbing.

Shaw ran with intent through the Middle and passed to Herrera, Herrera did a 180 degree turn and passed it back to Carrick.
This is a real poor Liverpool side but weve not had a shot on or off target
