Not sure anyone really cares about Southampton so may as well just give us the 0-0.
Large Northern Ireland contingent on the caf, innit? Shit's passe for some of usI love how everyone is an expert on bomb squads and bomb procedures now

I would have thought their default position would be to play the game regardless. It still has a material effect on the league, there are probably commercial considerations involved and then there's the principle of finishing the season with all games played.looking at the results and we are not going to win by 19 goals, I dont think they will play the game.
Bournemouth could finish 13th. At the moment they're 16th.Not sure anyone really cares about Southampton so may as well just give us the 0-0.
2 years ago dissidents were placing devices in around Belfast to disrupt morning and evening rush hours it became the norm I discovered one of them and had to phone it in to psni city was in traffic chaos, and the controlled explosions will only cause minimal damage, you are talking to someone who's witnessed them on multiple occasions. Slightly scary this has happened I'm trying not to imagine what the outcome would have been if the bomb had gone off!It is good to take precaution. I wondered who spotted the device. He did a good job saying something.
Their should be camera installed so, it should be easy to catch who planted the device.
I lived in France for five years and have a close friend in a specialist unit in Paris. They have an cracking system, some brilliant teams. The UK Police Service is still set up in a traditional manner and will only grow/change, when the terrible inevitable happens. I love France.Interesting, in France the military are never involved. The BRI, GIPN, GIGN or Raid will send someone and they are all members of the Police at the exception of the GIGN who are part of the army and the police.
I love everything about this pic.
Say what you will, but these are some cute looking sniffer dogs. Glad these fellas are on the job.
If the result is officially put down as 0-0, we're fifth.Need to replay it to be able to sack LVG. In theory we could still finish 4th (with massive goal difference swing) so clause won't be triggered
I have not been following this situation too much. So it was really a bomb? That is scary and a good job on your part being aware of your surrounding then.2 years ago dissidents were placing devices in around Belfast to disrupt morning and evening rush hours it became the norm I discovered one of them and had to phone it in to psni city was in traffic chaos, and the controlled explosions will only cause minimal damage, you are talking to someone who's witnessed them on multiple occasions. Southampton will probably care. I'd imagine it impacts the Europa League wherein clubs start in the competition etc.Not sure anyone really cares about Southampton so may as well just give us the 0-0.
I'd imagine the lessons learned in NI, Helmand and Basra apply a little more.Nope. Despite what other "experts" in here will tell you. We have one of the best, if not the best, bomb squad in the world. It's military and it learned a lot of skills from the amount of ordnance the Luftwaffe dropped on London.
We would need 14 games to score 19 goals mate.Cool, so the device has been blown up. Get everyone back in the ground and let's smash these southern jessies 19-0.
He's taken it down. Brutal.Tweet

Poor guy!
Bollocks. We would need 14 games to score 19 goals mate.
They're showing now.Fine for me.
If we lose final, it affects at what stage we & Southampton enter competition depending on our postponed game. 0-0 helps us fine but Soton will want it to be played hoping for Bournemouth win. I hope it is played after FA cup final though. Not sure anyone really cares about Southampton so may as well just give us the 0-0.
What was it?He's taken it down. Brutal.

He posted a picture with a scarf in front of the main entrance saying that he was excited about his first match ever at Old Trafford. Poor lad didn't know what would happen next. What was it?
What was it?
The fan with the pic of him outside OT in full kit and scarf, saying it was his first game - he seemed so excited too. Unfortunately the tweet went viral and he got lots of abuse. What was it?

A fan tweeted a picture of himself holding a scarf outside OT. His caption was something along the lines of "my first time at OT". Got over 4k retweets. What was it?
I don't think anyone knew really what was going on. To the credit of the fans and the staff though, I didn't see any great panic while we were evacuated. From what I saw, the evacuation was carried out pretty smoothly.John Cross on Sky News, making it out that there was complete bewilderment of the fans. Contrary to anything heard on here on the fans interviewed on Sky News, BBC etc.
Could they have blocked phone signals or something? Sometimes they do that to stop the bomb from being detonated.I don't know if this is a stupid question.. But if somebody was going to detonate the bomb, why didn't they just do it as soon as the stadium started to be evacuated?
Obviously, I'm very very glad that it was found and nobody was hurt. But I just don't understand?
Unless the culprit was waiting for everyone to get inside and then hoping to get out and away before detonating.
Absolutely terrifying. Somebody went to a football match today with the intention of killing thousands of innocent people.
If there is no explosives in the package then, no it's not sizeable.Might be a dumb question, but would a controlled explosion still be quite sizeable? What about damage inside the stadium?
Doesn't sound like a dumb question, but as we haven't heard any more, it's probably okay.Might be a dumb question, but would a controlled explosion still be quite sizeable? What about damage inside the stadium?
Rag this and rag that and I wish they all got blown up the rag cnuts.Surely we deserve a point for such a controlled evacuation... please?
Also, I wonder how bluemoon are responding to this. I hope they are being humane and talking in a positive manner, but knowing that lot...
3G and WiFi were blocked inside the stadium.I don't know if this is a stupid question.. But if somebody was going to detonate the bomb, why didn't they just do it as soon as the stadium started to be evacuated?

These kinds of wankers want maximum publicity to instil as much terror as possible, if this was an actual bomb of course.I don't know if this is a stupid question.. But if somebody was going to detonate the bomb, why didn't they just do it as soon as the stadium started to be evacuated?

No I think they mean the device was an IED similar to a pipe bomb. A common variant of these types of devices I'm afraid to sayI think they mean connected to an actual pipe with the intention of using the gas flowing through it to magnify the explosion
