Sadly it was to be expected. We'll see if you think you can afford the new wages or not though. His record in Div 5 is insane - 14 goals, 28 assists, 13 MOTM in 26 apps.
That's true, I just didn't expect it to be so soon. I'll have a look at my squad on Thursday once the season ends and see what I plan on doing, I have a lot of players who play in a similar role who could be moved on for some lower rated squad players. I still have an healthy transfer budget and somehow I'm managing to make money at home so I might be able to afford his wages.

His form has been ridiculous in Div 5 - 9.27 average rating in 26 games

Gotta consider a likely rating increase too

City aside, the top four all lost their games. Weird. Lost 2:0 to Sunderland.

De Gea (94)

Aurier (91) Dier (91) Boateng (94) Rodriguez (91)

Pogba (93) Eriksen (92)
Bale (95) Griezmann (95) Özil (94)
Messi (99)

Subs: Götze (92), Martial (90), Sterling (91), Silva (91), Roberto (91), Isco (92), Matip (90)
Suspended: Ramos (95)
Injured (thanks, @The Stain): Goretzka (90)

Key:
⚽ = Goal
➕ = Assist
⭐ = MOTM
= Subbed off
= Subbed on

Final game of the season for me will be Newcastle United in the Champions Cup. Good luck @CrackersJr and congrats on your upcoming victory.

  1. Finished second
  2. Made it to QF of Shield
  3. Charity Shield was only thing I won in a poor season
  4. No players with concerns
Targets for next season:
  1. Top 4
  2. At least QF in either Cup or Shield
  3. Win a trophy (Charity Shield included)
  4. Have no players with concerns at end of season
  1. Finished third
  2. Won the Cup, knocked out in first round of Shield
  3. Won the Cup, could possibly win the Champions Cup but that is 99% going to Newcastle United
  4. Mikel Merino up to level 2 for some stupid reason (I even gave him two league appearances)
Targets for next season:
  1. Top 4
  2. At least QF in either Cup or Shield
  3. Win a trophy (Charity Shield included)
  4. Have no players with concerns at end of season
