If i joined the league now, i'd just scout talent like RedSky and green_smiley and go about it that way. Winning things is fun but it's way more satisfying finding a talent noone has heard of, like Kessié and Mor, and watch them grow.

Other way is to build a team mixed with experience and talents and try and get promoted. When a better team becomes available that looks good on your CV should you want to apply.

I told langster to sell Peñaranda (he has better strikers and a shitload of them too). He's actually a promising talent, scored today in the U20 WC and generally doing well with a few assists to boot. Just don't tell langster this
