I find this whole story really strange. It's being reported as a sensation that United haven't extended his contract.
United have decided not to pay £250k a week to someone who can't play for 6 months. He is going to complete his rehab at the club and if he recovers successfully, chances are he will sign a contract when he's ready to play.
If he had signed for someone else or was rehabbing elsewhere I would understand but for now the "bye Zlatan, thanks for the memories" nonsense is incredibly premature.
