Actually it is far too early to be bothered by this. If we win the league it will be on points.
Indeed. I kept hearing the pundit (Jim Beglin who seems to be a massive Liverpool fan) excusing that performance with the red card. I mean wtf, had it ended up 2-0 or 3-0 at a push I'd understand but it was 5-0 with zero fighting and completely bending over to take it. At least show some respect for your fans. When Smalling got a red v City a few years ago LVG team kept fighting and gave City a real game.
It's a poor excuse.
he's another with the ' attack is better than defence,' philosophy. As a Liverpool fan I would be worried, any team with a half dent player that plays between the lines is going to cause havoc for that defense.
5 times.. 5times..We are Liverpool!
Oxlade Chamberlain loses 4-0 at Arsenal. signs for the team who beat them 4-0. Loses 5-0.
Why on earth have Madrid/Barca allowed D.Silva to spend pretty much his whole career at Shitty, do these Spanish midgets 'dream of Madrid' only when they play for us? Such an amazing player, pisses me off watching him play for these twats
He played for Liverpool so he would be on their side.Indeed. I kept hearing the pundit (Jim Beglin who seems to be a massive Liverpool fan) excusing that performance with the red card. Indeed. It makes no sense to capitulate like that, Mané doesn't play at the back, he doesn't control the terrible positionning of their defenders.Sadio Mane would have had no effect on preventing 5 goals being conceded. Maybe it would've ended 5-1 or 5-2 instad but nothing takes away from the fact Liverpool's defence is absolutely putrid and no amount of Klopps bollocks or the fans moral victories will change that.

I have no problem with that as long as it doesn't make you say nonsense. How does one sending off equals to a 5-0 defeat ?He played for Liverpool so he would be on their side.
We don't lose that 5-0 if it's 11v11 for 90 minutes.Sadio Mane would have had no effect on preventing 5 goals being conceded. Exactly. They may have lost as he is their main threat, but shouldn't get walloped like that.Indeed. It makes no sense to capitulate like that, Mané doesn't play at the back, he doesn't control the terrible positionning of their defenders.
Also City could do just what PSG did if they wanted to. You can't get in to a pissing contest with state backed clubs.Apart from DDG and Ronaldo, we've never had class players that Madrid or Barcelona would be interested in.
The bolded bit is the side effect of looking through some super rose tinted glasses for a long time.
Yeah was a real lack of character.Exactly. They may have lost as he is their main threat, but shouldn't get walloped like that.
It doesn't, but any excuse will do. Instead of having a good look at that team.I have no problem with that as long as it doesn't make you say nonsense. How does one sending off equals to a 5-0 defeat ?
Ox-itus.Liverpool did an Arsenal. How ironic

They should have used it as a motivation. Instead they made out they were badly done to and let it dictate how they played.Yeah was a real lack of character.
Not really surprised, I mentioned before that I think Pep got the fullbacks he wanted and it could well be good business. Mendy I thought looked really good, and well, you add to players like De Bryune. Jesus was great too.
So, maybe we should give him to you for a free?

Is there a cure?Ox-itus.
If it was his goalie he would.
Knew Klopp would think it wasn't a red
He's such a tool.
It's a trend, it's the new cool way of playing football without managers asking themselves if they have the right players for it.Whats with these teams all playing 3 at the back? Even Bournemouth?

Mourinho tends to prefer a full back to attack and one to defend, probably why he's fine with someone like BlindWalker and Mendy both look good. It begs the question why we done nothing to strengthen our full back positions. Good full backs are vital these days.
How about we get beat 5-0 by Burnley at Anfield next week, would that work for you?My emotions are really confused as to how they should feel about that match.
I'm happy that Liverpool got thumped but sad that City did the thumping.
