Funnily enough when Arse were buying him, I thought he'd be exactly what they needed, the red cards record being the only question mark for me.

Couldn't be more delighted to be wrong.

Really weird player, always has been. Sometimes he reminds me of Xabi Alonso, other times more Geoff Thomas.

Useless but true fact... if you try saying Granit Xhaka with a mouthful of tea it sounds like 'granny shagger'.

So many brainfarts on the ball, looks like a pub player at times. Plus his aggressive dumbness in getting yellow/red cards is the icing in the cake. Nordtveit looked good too in the Gladbach midfield, total shite for West Ham and now at Hoffenheim.

I think he's made more mistakes leading to goals so far this season than Pogba did in all of last season. Anyone who ever argued Xhaka was better is either a WUM or bitter as feck

Doesn't give a shit
Can you make the focus gif from the view from behind the goal? Another poster with sharp eyes pointed out he was busy picking his nose!!!

Edit: funny how he looked toward the lineman as if the lineman could have done something to prevent the goal.
He is so shit, but the caf would take him on a free i bet
God no. Sarcasm on Ozil case? Ozil has proven he can deliver at high level. He has his flaw and shite bottom level and all but that's completely different than this hacker. Ozil can still be the cutting edge for his team while not imposing himself in the game. This guy is the opposition's cutting edge how he just randomly betrays his teammates

Before his move to Arsenal I wondered if he’d make the leap to an elite player and I remain unconvinced he’ll ever get there. He can certainly have his moments of brilliance but you can’t trust him as he’s mindless too often

Pretty sure he stands still for 5 seconds, with the ball ping-ponging around his own box before his helpless stutter towards Cleverley.

Fecking waster.

I think he's normally a decent player but that's unbelievable.
