Paul Pogba? You mean our best midfielder this season? The guy that has more assists than Eriksen, despite playing ten or so less games? The Pogba that plays for the second best team in the league, the team that has been comfortably best of the rest since day 1? We have managed 13-4-2 with him on the pitch, snatching 2,26 points on average - scoring 41 goals (over 2 goals on average). The guy that's rated 9th on whoscored.com this season - on roughly the same average as Firmino, Sterling, Sane and David Silva? Please serve us your agendas in the future, it's hilarious for most people on here, but leave Pogba out of the picture - he's done fine this season. He's having a tough time lately for sure, be it injuries/illness, tactics, motivation or whatever, but he's still comfortably our best player. Who the hell cares about the transfer fee? He will be here for ten years and we could sell him for 150M tomorrow if we wanted to, he is a marketing marvel (although tedious as hell), he brings more attention to United with his little toe than the whole Tottenham-squad does combined. Pogba could win the Ballon d'Or in two years and belittling people like you would still say silly things like "yeah, you'd only expect that sort of thing due to his transfer fee". Of course I'd like to buy players for 0 bucks instead of 100M, but the market doesn't work like that, especially for the big players.
You can brag about the marvelous Lloris, the sublime Vertonghen, Alli, Dembele, Son and Kane - but how come the feck you are behind us in the table when players like Pogba (and insert names) are so underwhelming? We've scored one less goal than you and have a better goal difference, let's see how it looks when we play Swansea and you play Chelsea next.
