Examples as in matches? Take your pick from this season. Then watch other top teams and see what they get out of their fullbacksAny more examples to back this assertion?
I like him.I've received a lot of abuse for talking up McTominay. My current tagline is a reflection of one of my slightly wummy posts about him. But he's such a clever player. I'm glad we have him.
A physical beast. In the old days, when fullbacks weren't expected to chase up and down, he would have been sensational. Now, though, he's clearly a weak link in our attacking play.Such a terrible footballer he has become
Do you even lift, bro?Luke Shaws tits actually bounce as he runs ffs
Boring performanceDecent performance, excellent goal.
I don't get this, the mentality and approach today is a world of difference from the one United took into the game against Sevilla. The tempo is up and we've played the ball on the ground, actually played quite a few nice 1-2s but the finishing just wasn't there. This isn't the pragmatic zombie stuff we've become accustomed to. Just need to kill them off.same crap, different day. Boring uninspiring football. Positive is we are winning i guess
Tactical Masterclass.
They would link up so perfectlyMartial, sanchez and mata would be my choice for 4231 formation.
Most decent performances of Jose teams are like that: boredom and job done.Boring performance
I’d replace Shaw / young first.Anyone who doesn’t want Valencia replaced this summer is absolutely mental.
Luke Shaw has a similar chest to me. I haven't gone for a run in over a year.
He did used to get up and down though. He used to be a box to box beast. Now though he has no interest in attacking or taking any sort of risks. Think the captaincy probably doesn’t help. Probably trying too hard to set an example and not do anything wrongA physical beast. In the old days, when fullbacks weren't expected to chase up and down, he would have been sensational. Now, though, he's clearly a weak link in our attacking play.
Heard the home fans on the telly for the first time this season. A good rendition of Spirit in the sky. Away fans strangely silent.Anyone in Stretford End T2 row 45-55 seats 140-160 fancy singing second half? Worst atmosphere ever. There’s two of us only giving it a go.
Uhm, no. We've seen 5 forward passes, a couple of one-twos and plenty of crosses from the wings. Nothing to write home about. If anything, they've grown more into the game with time.I don't get this, the mentality and approach today is a world of difference from the one United took into the game against Sevilla. Good. Then you're not one of those football watchers who only peeks at games between sips of beer.I like him.
Only thing Luke has been lifting is KFC burritosDo you even lift, bro?
