So cancellations due by 09:00 Saturday, but no way of cancelling online or on the automated phone service when office is closed, so really it was Friday evening (despite the club telling me Monday on the phone last week). Ffs

What's with such an early cancellation date?

What happens if someone is ill or has a real reason in 2 weeks?

If there's a collection?
Doubt it - check your confirmation email of application ballot result. Mine stated “Your match ticket(s), along with other useful information needed for your away trip, will be posted out to you.”

They're coming in the post. Collection at Wembley for an entire United allocation would be utterly unworkable. There's about 12 kiosks and there'd be 30 odd thousand people.

It'd be chaos

Glad to hear. Knew it couldn't possibly be the whole lot, but I'm sure someone on this thread mentioned the chance of a random set of collections.

Match going fans will be able to say if this is good or not.

More good ticket news for United fans
A club statement read:

Manchester United has confirmed that season and match ticket prices will be frozen for a seventh consecutive season, ahead of the 2018/19 campaign, making an eighth price freeze in nine years.

In that time, fans have enjoyed a price reduction of nearly 17 per cent in real terms.

In addition, the club has announced a new £15 ticket for fans aged 18-25, with pitch-side seats in the lower Stretford End, reinforcing the club’s commitment to a vibrant atmosphere, while also helping younger fans to watch live, affordable football.

Other concessions include:

• £10 per game Season Ticket price for Under 16s (Family areas)

• Half-price tickets for Under 18s & 65+ (prices from £14 per game)

• 25 per cent discount for 18 to 20-year-olds

Also, supporters will receive a 25 per cent reduction for Carabao Cup home games.

The club enjoys unparalleled support and we recognise the sacrifice many fans make to watch the team home and away, group managing director Richard Arnold said.

Continuing the freeze in match and season tickets for next season is driven by our belief in supporting fans attending our games.

The introduction of reduced ticket prices for young adults in the Stretford End lower tier stems from suggestions generated by fan groups through our Fans’ Forum, aimed at building on the tradition of vibrant support.

Does anyone know if there's a way to withdraw a game application for members? I can no longer make it to the Arsenal home match (If I was successful in the ballot that is)

Any one know what's the latest regarding ST renewals? This time last year we already had reminders
Reminders seem to be going out now, had mine half hour ago:
Season Ticket No: ###

Dear ###,

As we look forward to an exciting end to this year's campaign, the club is delighted to confirm its ticket prices for the 2018/19 season (click here for full information):

• Season & match ticket prices frozen for seventh consecutive season, therefore your Season Ticket will be priced at £###.##*
• Introduction of new £15 tickets for 18-25 year olds in the Stretford End

This year's deadline to renew will be Friday 4th May. After this date, non-renewed seats will be released and priority will be given to supporters being relocated as a result of the continuing works this summer to improve the provision for disabled supporters at Old Trafford.

Thank you for your fantastic support, and we look forward to welcoming you back to Old Trafford next season.

Brighton away moved to Friday the 4th and West Ham to Thursday 10th May.

If anyone has any spares for either as a result, do let me know :)

Heard West Ham rumours of 10th more than a week ago but Brighton came as a shock, was anticipating Monday

I'll take any West Ham spares/pair but I'd imagine I'm at the back of a very long queue.

Hey guys,

I've no idea whether you'll know this or not but i've applied for tickets for the Arsenal. It's the first time i've ever applied tickets and i've been to 13 matches since the start of last year. Is there any indication on what my chances of success are? Or is it a totally random ballot?

And if it is a totally random ballot what do you guys think the demand will be for the Arsenal? I'm assuming it'll be quite low but then again Arsenal is one of those traditional fixtures that get you going even when it's not worth a lot.

Thanks

Low? Arsenal

This is Manchester United mate and Arsenal applications have been open since June 2017.

Regarding your application, the ballot is totally random, the fact that you’ve been to other games means nada.

You’ll normally get a text in the evening. Keep an eye on your bank for any pending payments due to go out.

Those who are interested in season tickets for next year should call up today. Have moved back to Manchester in the past month so have managed to get season tickets back for next season, last season as an ST holder was 2010/11. W3104, happy with that

Has anyone else not heard where their seats are for the semi final? I haven’t had an email or anything yet. My friend was the main applicant for our tickets but even he hasn’t heard yet. Thanks

Yeah I've gone for STs for the first time in a while for next season as well. We've got W3103, seats are actually one apart but not really envisaging that being any issue with the amount of movement you get up there.

Needs to login and can get rows and seat numbers online then use the stadium layout map, we are West end, possibly more than 1 section depending on your numbers

Quick question on this. My friend was told that under no circumstances can they move seats this year (they really dislike people who sit near them) but if you've managed to get yourself a new ST then surely they will allow moves?
