Slow news day
That's gunna be fun. Can't wait for Glaston to enter this thread.
Right?! I can't believe people are putting money on this! It IS going to cost a little more than the GDP of a small country to prise him from Spurs now. Especially after being a world cup golden boot winner? Not a chance in heck. For £0.25bn maybe.
We have lukaku for thatDoesn't score in August. Do not want.
feck that, Diamond with Sanchez behind Lukaku and Kane. That's 60-70 goals right thereLukaku AMR and Kane up top with Sanchez AML - feck mee!!
Sanchez Kane Lukaku
Pogba Matic Fred
Four Fully Fit Defenders
De Gea
Aiiiight.
But it's bollocks though, so it doesn't matter.
You scored 6 goals less than us last season, it's not as if he'd be moving to Huddersfield. He would score goals at any club in the league. In his breakthrough season we were absolute muck and he was being provided for by Lamela, Chadli, Paulinho and Bentaleb and still managed 22 league goals despite not being our starting striker when the season kicked off. He's also a lot better now than then. He'd score feck all goals for us with no service.

May I refer you to the 'I Don't Understand Our Transfer Strategy' thread. It wouldn't even remotely make sense for you, Lukaku is a very good striker who had an excellent world cup. You have some good (on paper) forward players in Rashford, Sanchez, Lukaku, Martial etc, that clearly isn't your priority. To blow an absolute fortune on another striker who really isn't such a big step up from Lukaku would be horrific management.
Yeah, I feel like it's very arguable that this is a story being manufactured in order for Paddy Power to trick naive people in to betting. Very dodgy.I don't see the funny side, to be honest.
Imo, this is fraud.
nah, they don't take much on those markets they are just for marketing. Few hundred quid, if that.A serious amount of money would have to go on that for odds to slash that much.

I agree, we'd be better off spending big on a top class winger. It wouldn't even remotely make sense for you, Lukaku is a very good striker who had an excellent world cup. Unless, his new contract has a buy-out clause.Didn't he sign a new deal not long ago? And Real will be circling the moment they hear that Kane is available.
