Give it Pogba till end of the seasonWell the options are to get rid of Jose now and hope the next manager gets on with Pogba or sell Pogba in January. I can’t see any other way forward.

Agreed. It really baffles me how Mourinho's man-management is turning out to be his short-coming. Till his Inter stint players used to talk about running through the brick wall for him. Maybe the problem is that he is not flexible in his philosophy of player management. Tailoring the approach to motivate different kinds of players. Something Fergie was a master of.Possibly. The bit about Wolves players approaching every game like a World Cup Final, unlike United players was a definite dig. A fair one too but making it via the press was pathetic.
Give it Pogba till end of the season
Not sure Pogba should be coming out in the press telling the manager and his coaching staff how to do their jobs. No matter if it keeps the fans happy. His faffing about lost us a goal. The sooner Jose is gone the better, we've become everything his haters said we would be.
Controversial perhaps but, I really don't think Barcelona were that interested.Unless Jose turns it around I can't see him lasting the season.
Pogba will stay for Zidane imo, plus I think Barca could be exposed this year so that move might not be as attractive as its made out to be.
Hmmm...A new story-Orc some would sayConspiracy theory: This feels like a trap set by Mou. He'll probably make Pogba your captain in a game very soon and use it to prove a point that the media are against him.
Trump-like.
Thought I'd clicked onto some random cookery thread. All this talk about 'Leeks' and 'Peppers' !!Hahahah jeez it's autocorrect I swear. Papers. Not peppers. And known*
Just trying to agree with you!
Or Jose changes his mind I guess. What happens if he captains us? Do we never believe these sources again?
Juan Mata? The sneak.Pretty obvious where it's come from though
Agree. But I side with Mou on this one, even if it’s a battle of egos. No player should be bigger than the club. What he said post Wolves may be correct about attacking at home, but you do not bring your beef with the manager to the press.A battle of egos.
There will be no winners.
This is why I’m thinking Pogba is gonna be a pain in the arse whatever happens. He’s a brilliant player but he seems to be someone who is self serving and not in it for the team.Give it Pogba till end of the season
They wouldn't have their players constantly flirting with him nonstop if they weren't interested, the club was in strong enough position to reject their advances though. The same happened with Verratti and Coutinho the summer he moved, they were very much keen on both but their respective clubs made it impossibleControversial perhaps but, I really don't think Barcelona were that interested.
If they were, he'd be gone
An offer of 40 million plus two duds doesn't make me believe they were serious...They wouldn't have their players constantly flirting with him nonstop if they weren't interested, the club was in strong enough position to reject their advances though. If he will give more of mouthing of the manager, Jose or some future one I don't want it. Hes acting like he's bigger than the.club.Pogba has more to give the club I think, Jose quite clearly doesn't. I'd be gutted to lose Pogba ahead of Jose.
Hopefully he won't. He's not a captain material at all.He will. As soon as the Portugese clown goes.
its more entertaining than the football thoughWe are like a scene out of a disaster film. Absolute car crash.
Again, all a part of their mode of operation when it comes to their targets,we've seen it before. An offer of 40 million plus two duds doesn't make me believe they were serious...
watch some have complete meltdowns with this unconfirmed story.Probably fecking Woodward again
He is completely tactless. As a captain you have to be careful what you say. He let's his own personal feelings get in the way for his own benefit.Hopefully he won't. He's not a captain material at all.
Is it in rumours section?BBC quoting it, now then now then.
What a fecking shitshow. Two giant cnuts squaring off and I don't really want to be in either corner.

He has now been punished in a different way, and while this situation had previously been viewed at the club as almost a PR war between Mourinho and Pogba – with both seeming to say what they thought the fans wanted to hear – it is understood that this is one area where the manager now has the full backing of executive vice-chairman Ed Woodward.
Some among the Old Trafford hierarchy are now more openly muttering about how the problems Sir Alex Ferguson predicted when selling Pogba in 2012 have all come true, and many at the club are finding the Mino Raiola influence difficult.
United sources believe that the player has now had his head turned regardless of whether Mourinho is manager or not, and that he wants a move to Barcelona.
It's not entertainment when it's your club. I used to laugh at the stories out of Madrid. I'm not laughing now. This club is rudderlessits more entertaining than the football though
