"Can Manchester United score? They always score"
Wow! This is not looking good. Even after all the rumors you think that may be there is a chance that it all has been manufactured by the press. This feud is out in the open now. First Jose's statement last night and now asking him to get out as he enters training. Was he late? Or did Jose pre decide that he'll be a dick to him when he comes for training today? Bet Jose knew the press were there capturing this.

Anyway, imo, the best solution will be to get rid of Jose during the International break and let Carrick & McKenna take charge till the end of the season. Then in the summer we can sell Pogba and get Pochettino and Eriksen in. This won't look good if we don't get rid of Pogba either.
Not excusing Pogba. But he's a class player and his issue is with Jose. Not the club.

But Chelsea didn't get rid of Hazard and Real didn't get rid of Ramos or Ronaldo.

Spurs will never sell us Eriksen either. I can promise you that.

I really feel bad for saying this, but maybe it'd be for the best if we lost a couple of games.
He's a goner. We all know it. It's just when the club want to pull the trigger.

They know he isn't worth the investment for this season. It's his last chance to prove that he can win a trophy otherwise he will get the chop.

Personally I believe it will either be West Ham this weekend or around the time when we play Juve and Chelsea as I reckon we will lose both of those under Jose. I'm just a negative cnut.

If rumors are correct and he was agitating for a move in the summer, then Pogba needs to be shown the door too. I actually till now thought all the Barca stories were just Raiola simply looking to get Pogba a new fat contract in line with the one that Sanchez got; but now I am not sure.

Eriksen will only have one year remaining on his contract this summer. I am sure we can get him if he shows enough desire to move to us.

The "mysterious" guy that they're speaking to runs the players' social media accounts I think. I remember when Lukaku was hacked he had a story thanking the guy for fixing it. He probably does all the generic posts straight after matches, perhaps Jose was trying to get some clarification for something that Paul posted online.

I'm in two minds about Pogba. A part of me thinks its a shame to lose our best outfield player, but another part of me thinks good riddance. He's so fussy about where he plays and inconsistent when he does. All the ego of CR7 with nowhere near the end product. It might be a refreshing opportunity to re-build without him. Problem with that is, people will know we're flush with Pogba cash, will hold out selling players, hoping the new manager is desperate to get faces in.

I think at best it's 50-50.
how many players would say that about Fergie? For even debating the amount of players that like or hate Mourinho shows that he isnt the right man for United. His own arrogance is his downfall, like when he signed Falcao after he left united and thought he could bring the best out of him to outdo LVG. The guy is toxic and has shown it at Chelsea and Madrid.

Another problem we have is that Mourinho is on huge money, so I highly doubt that we will sack him midway through the season. Would only happen if we definitely don't make the CL spots next year.

I put all of Pogba's recent shenanigans down to his fractious relationship with Mourinho, but who knows.

Anyway I don't think the club should get rid of Pogba yet. He's one of many who has fallen out with this manager. Hazard is a good example of a player who has downed tools, fallen out with managers (including ours) and publicly talked about leaving Chelsea. Doubt the club or the fans regret not selling him. Keep Pogba for now, warn him and see if the next manager can turn him around. Given his talent, the upside of him being happy and performing his best for us is enormous.

I just want to start by saying I really don’t care whether Jose goes. I’ve no real love for him and I had no expectations for this season anyway. The one question i want to ask the Jose out brigade though is this - what is your plan?

Because it’s pointless going for a Zidane or another name because i would be amazed if they could get anymore out of the likes of Fellaini, Jones, Smalling, Young etc....than Jose has. So what names are out there who are going to command the respect of a dressing room full of brats and take us back to the top but would be willing to work on a middling budget and have the ability to come in and improve us?

Spurs have kept Pochetino despite winning nothing. Liverpool kept Klopp despite winning nothing. Mourinho won two trophies in the first season and whilst they were ‘Mickey Mouse’ trophies, they were more than Liverpool, Spurs or even City won that year. If City hadn’t smashed the league last year and won the League Cup, I doubt that City would have jettisoned him. Same goes for Klopp this season if he wins nothing. We have a fantastic manager and the grass is rarely greener (unless, as I said, we can get Guardiola).
Yeah they kept them because they are improving the team, getting results and not creating a absolute circus for the club. What is there not to understand.if they did any of those things they would be sacked.

I wouldn’t feel bad - a lot of us were saying the same during the Christmas period of Van Gaal’s second season.

This current period feels a lot similar to that to be honest. It feels like the writing is on the wall it’s better for everyone for it to happen sooner rather than later.

While we're all ragging on Mourinho I'd just like to have a rant about his approach to the league cup. I know we all knew this when he joined us but Mourinho's insistence of playing senior pros in every competition is really getting on my fecking tits. Especially now that more and more big clubs seem to be following Fergie's lead and using the competition to give youngsters a taste of first team football. I used to enjoy this competition specifically because of the whole "Fergie's fledglings" vibe. Now it's got nothing special about it whatsoever. Just a second rate FA Cup. All thanks to our moaner in chief.

Even if sacked, he can still bounce back in May 2019 as

random order:

-PSG manager
-Portugal NT coach
-Return to Inter
PSG won't touch him with a bargepole.
Mourinho won't go nowhere near a national team job. If he did he's just accepting that he is no longer a top manager.
Mourinho at Inter won't end good, they are no longer top dogs in Italy and cannot spend much either and Juve is very very stable and good.

Mourinho is literally sitting on Death Row with his CV for his last meal. Someone just put him out of his misery.

I said yesterday but watching that just makes me think even more that we lose to W.Ham on Saturday tea time and he will get the boot. The club can't let this go on any more.
He literally isn’t.

Did you skim over his first sentence. We are not getting Eriksen. To play under Mourinho. You must think Eriksen is stupid. He’s not after the money like Alexis.

The mistake you are making is assuming a new manager has to come in and make us title winners instantly. What people are looking for someone to do is come in and do what Klopp has done at Liverpool. Implement a specific exciting style of football, keep a positive vibe around the club, not disrespect everyone in and around the club to the press and show improvement of not the likes of players you are referencing but the players in the squad with clear potential martial, pogba,Rashford, bailley, de gea, dalot,Shaw, fred etc.

There's a clear precedent here. The club will not sack him until it's mathematically impossible for us to qualify for the CL.

Now, it is possible that if the players and fans are revolting it could happen earlier but I do somewhat doubt that.

Remember a few months ago, posted about Mourinho making the atmosphere around the club negative.

No, apparently it was fans like me.

Didn’t you get the memo? It’s all an anti-United rhetoric from the press. All is rosy and well.

....but we finished 6 points ahead of Liverpool last season and 7 points behind them the season before. On that basis, not only has Jose won more trophies than Klopp, he’s also done a lot better in improving the teams league performance. It’s only City that are on a different planet and I don’t see that changing for anybody for the foreseable future.
