Can ALL footy fans have a petition to sort out the AWFUL Match video direction in European matches
Constant close-ups
Stupid angles while in-play
Needless cuts to unnecessary reactions
Didn't even cut to Rashford celebrating after his Pen

YOU ARE NOT AT FILM SCHOOL CREATING A NARRATIVE NOIR INDIE FILM

Translation from Twitter:

“This is a disgrace, they put 4 people that know nothing about football in charge of looking at the replay for VAR. There is no penalty. How can it be a handball when it hits his back! Go f**k yourselves!”

I’m pretty sure it says:
“Kimpembe is a disgrace, I want to play with a real baller, someone like Smalling. Sign me up, Ed!!”

Today we were very lucky with all three goals. That is what is needed in football. Besides your efforts you need the luck - things going your way. Three Lucks is awesome. This usually doesn't happen.

2-0 down. PSG with 2 away goals. No Pogba, Sanchez, Martial, Lingard, Herrera, Matic, Mata. No team ever coming back from a 2-goal home deficit before. And we score 3 goals at PSG to put them out!

Let that all sink in for a minute!!!! :D

That result felt better than the Europa League final win!

I fecking can't come down!!

Editing my own posts.
Ajax and Man Utd, probably the biggest team’s (along with Barça) most famous for their youth promotion and success with it, have just beaten the club most famous for building “galactico” sides, and an oil rich lottery project, in their own back yards, with kids from their academy teams.

Now that’s what football fecking heritage is, you cuuunnnnts !!!

People can say "never a penalty" all they want but PSG should be doing better than 1-2 at home in the 90th minute against a United squad that didn't have Pogba, Martial, Matic, Herrera, Lingard, Mata and had a MF of Fred, Pereira, and McTominay, had Chong & Greenword on at the end and basically were gifted a goal by Bailly sleepwalking

and if the penalty wasn't given it was still gonna be a corner and who knows maybe a goal comes from it.
This......with knobs on!!

Honestly this might be the most glorious night I've had as a United fan since that rainy night in Moscow...

Been contemplating getting 'Ole's at the wheel' tatted on my arm the last hour
You do that, im getting this Neymar still across my back

I want to save this thread and just reflect on the euphoria of tonight.

I’m working a night shift in hospital tonight so relied on a friend to update me. Listened to first half on radio driving in.

I still have goosebumps. I can not wait to watch highlights.

You make those luck by shooting. If Jose was at the wheel, how many lucky shots do you think we will get?

They were forced errors. When you work as hard as Rashford does, you will get a certain amount of “lucky” goals, but he earns them.

I'm exhausted, not sure where to begin, that was incredible, I think PSG folded badly but we rose under pressure and delivered when the opportunities came.

I thought we started out with the wrong selection, trying to play the diamond with Young at RM and Bailly at RB was a disaster and we had to use an early sub to steady the ship, and from there I thought we played well. Fred and McTominay both started poorly on the ball but were tenacious, and as the game went on McTominay settled and Fred started to become an influence on the ball, the only 1 of the midfield 3 that had any variety or range in his passing and you could see his confidence rising. Dalot was excellent again when he came on and immediately started making a contribution in attack, rinisng Bernat and putting a good ball in, and then created again with another good arched pass that Rashford might have done more with.

Up top I think Rashford worked hard but wasn't doing all that well and Lukaku was great in the 18 yard area but was suspect when trying to hold the ball up. When we moved to 5-4-1 with Lukaku on his own up top and Chong on instead of Greenwood I thought our attacking threat dipped a lot and I couldn't see how we were going to get the 3rd goal, but some nice play from Fred and a strike from Dalot in conjunction with VAR gave us the chance and Marcus was the coolest man in the Parc de Princes, ice water in the veins, great penalty after all the drama and PSG players trying to put him off, and we have another one of those amazing United nights.

If I can be petty for a moment, Kimpembe giving the penalty away was a bit of justice as he should have been off the pitch last week when he scored their first goal.

Amazing night, could just feel a little crackle as we approached the last couple of minutes. Could not believe my eyes when the VAR was called and I was almost shaking. How rashford kept his cool is beyond me what a boy.

Call me an old softy but I liked the way Rom went over to offer some consoling words to Kimpembe at the end. (At least, that's what I assume he was doing, rather than questioning how he'd been allowed onto the pitch in the first place.) Good to see we've still got class as well as that amazing refusal to roll over. Fabulous result. Great interview with GNev.

Imagine Barcelona, Juventus, Real Madrid etc with 10 or 11 players missing.

There’s no other club who would win in these circumstances and that’s why I love this club!
