Vidal fouled him three fecking times and it still needed a Mane dive in order for Kuipers to blow his whistle.Every dive is a free kick... because he is Dutch he gets called "best ref in the world" here in the Netherlands quite often but i think he does use his whistle a bit too often. Loves giving a easy free kick...
