Background draft
Emulating real life we are going to run a league style draft with all time players.
DRAFTING PROCESS
To speed up the drafting process all managers will PM picks in rounds.
First round 3 GKs to be selected. 1 Star goalkeeper.
Star players will take precedence over none star players e.g
Manager 1 pick - *A, B, C
Manager 2 pick - A, *B, C
Manager 3 pick - *D, C, E
Manager 1 will be successful in getting GK A.
Manager 2 will be successful in getting GK B.
Manager 3 will be successful in getting GK D & E.
At the end of the round, managers with unsuccessful picks will carry on until they have the same number of players as everyone else from that round.
All players picked by more than 1 manager, will be blocked, they can then be attempted at being recruited during the 1st transfer window.
MATCHES
Games will be played once a week, with no match discussion between opponents. Each manager will submit a formation graphic, with a basic couple of lines about the style they wish to play, and any weaknesses they see to exploit.
Games will then be judged by a committee who will decide on a winner, with goal scorers and scorelines.
