This might be why de gea never likes to play out from the back. Matic couldn’t control an easy pass which led to the goal. We are going to be the same as last season if we do t find a dm that can pass out from the back. We’re the only top tier team that can’t play out from the back naturally. Even Milan are doing a much better job than us.
So far I have seen no reason why we keep Matic and Mata in the side. I have repeatedly been saying that instead of a striker we need to replace Matic and Mata and then a defender.
Agreed. Don’t think we’ll invest in the RW position this summer but that has to be done going forward, honestly lacking in options there.
