F*ked aren’t we?

£70m net again. At least next summer we’ll have £220m to spend when pogba leaves..

Sancho, Longstaff and £50m for a striker
That leaves us with 30 million from the reported 100 mill budget. Incoming 30+15 bid for Longstaff :drool:

Considering he's fecking useless, throwing a hissy fit, not turning up to training AND not wanted by any team that'll play decent football.

Ed's actually done very well to get 75m :lol:
I would lend Ed my fax machine just to get this done ASAP and get busy with other transfer.

Sancho won't come if we don't get top 4, and because we've once again left our manager short that is highly unlikely, we need a fecking midfielder, what hell are we doing.

Never thought that we could fetch so much for Lukaku. Add a RW or a mid and it would be a decent window since 2016

Could well be he really is on a tight budget. Was my feeling all this time. Would be an absolute joke but would explain some of these laughable actions from us.

investment banker says it all
He brokered the deal for the Glazers to buy the club with Leveraged debt. They had no money, you or I could have done it.

And people are surprised when said sh*bag doesn’t have the club’s best interests at heart.

Dybala literally helped strengthening Juve's rival. Reckon they won't be happy

Absolutely gutted Inter are getting what they want. Cheap little pricks have won their battle against us. The Dybala swap was literally perfect in every way.

I'm sorry but Ole must take some blame too. If the owners weren't ready to pay for the transfers, he should have put pressure on them. Because ultimately his job doesn't end with giving a list to Woodward. I'm sure he knows how incompetent Woody is, he should have done more. Even now he's telling reporters he's happy even if no one else is brought in.

Is there any reason we're rushing it through before the end of our window?

They have not won anything. They are paying the price we want for our player.

Eh, we are getting what we wanted? Shot of Lukaku... It was Inter to begin with and people was happy then.

They're paying what we requested in the first place. How did they win? Lukaku is not eager to continue at Manchester United and he doesn't seem to be part of Solskjaer's plans.

Except we're not the position Pool were last season. We're in the position Pool were in summer of 2016 after half a year with Klopp (same as we are now). They had a much worse defense then and an attack that was very reliant on Coutinho to pull something out of a hat. Its time for a little patience, something I fear we won't afford our manager because we have delusions of grandeur about where we should be instead of knowing where we are and how to get out of it.

No, this is just how easy things are when two clubs agree a fee... All the contracts etc will have been wrote up for weeks seeing as they have been chasing him for weeks.

Now time to give Martial his no.9 back,promote Greenwood to the first team and let's see how it goes.

I wouldn't mind getting in someone experienced like Mandzukic though but it's looking like we won't be bringing in anyone else this window

So we lost Fellaini and Herrera without replacements.
Lukaku will be gone now without a replacement.

Scary stuff :lol:
I think the replacements are meant to be:

Fellaini ---> McTominay
Herrera ---> Pereira
Lukaku ---> Martial or Rashford (as in, play one of them in their preferred position) with Greenwood as first sub option for the ST position
