Who is baldy then?Seeing Pep and baldy kissing and making up with each other was hilarious until VAR striked!!
Who is baldy then?Seeing Pep and baldy kissing and making up with each other was hilarious until VAR striked!!
He should turn the other cheek.Jesus just shout VAR is shit
That's actually cool and didn't know that, but I wouldn't expect that to mean much come the end of the season! If United win tomorrow, we're top of the league.
Depends on how many we win by.Do we go top if we win against Wolves on Monday night?
It's funny seeing City upset, but do you want Liverpool to win the league?
NoDeserved draw? I’m out for a family day.
Oops! Meant to say baldy and Aguero.Who is baldy then?
I wanted City to win, cause of the scouse threat, but that was hilarious.Seeing Pep and baldy kissing and making up with each other was hilarious until VAR striked!!
No it doesn't. If we win by any margin, we're top.Depends on how many we win by.
Pep can kiss himself and if he bends over far enough....Who is baldy then?
The rules changed its got nothing to do with VARThat's just daft. VAR is useful but they're just going completelely anal with it. That should have been a goal.
Il take it.
Ah, ffs. Totally forgot about that.Monday you mean
Don't think it doesDepends on how many we win by.
fecking shame you can't handle the ball in a game called football.
Besides, it is matchday 2. If we cannot enjoy this in August, we may as well as order our City kits already. Basically we should be supporting them all season long
I don't get it. I don't want Liverpool to win the league.
ohhhh you mean City is the only one that can beat them to it? I don't care about that to be fair.
I just worry about us.
ps. have faith in VAR to feck Liverpool at some point.
My goodness, how is that a ridiculous decision.City must feel robbed. 30-3 in shots, a fecking ridiculous VAR decision, Spurs have shown nothing.
It’s the conflict between the science of it and the refs interpretation, I guess. If they were to just use it “sensibly” you’re at the mercy of human error again. You wouldn’t get consistent application of it. If they use it to enforce every single little rule, they ensure they can be consistent. Unfortunately it results in even the most nitpicky decisions ruling out goals, as we’ve seen time and time again.I mean some random brush of the arm along the way. It's just absurd. May as well give fouls for any tussles in the box and go full on metal with it.
It should be used sensibly not "Hmmm. Now what can we use from the 20 second buildup to the goal to disallow it".
Means absolutely feck all at this stage. No it doesn't. If we win by any margin, we're top.
Oliver checked immediately after the goal.Technicalities shouldn't be killing the mood of the game like that. I agree with the decision, but it should have been made far far earlier. There should be a smaller window after an incident (about 30 seconds to start with) after which VAR cannot be used to roll back such monumental moments in games.
VAR, in it's current version, is going to be a moodkill for PL football this season.
Yeah man, you played them off the parkDeserved draw? I’m out for a family day.
Not exactly the same, it was hard to tell if Llorente handled the ball whilst the City handball today was blatant under the new rules. We just murdered them 2-2. Fair play to Spurs took the 2 goals we gifted them and defended well 2nd half.
Ironic that our goal v Spurs was ruled out for exactly the same reason Llorentes was fine but I believe the rule changed in the off season. Shit happens, we've been on the wrong end of VAR but meh.., worst decision today was disallowing the foul on Laporte 1st half for a pen, which didn't go to VAR.
If we play that well going forward every day we'll win the league. If we defend like we did today, we'll ship a shit load of goals in doing it.
Yeah because everything in football is done with the foot.fecking shame you can't handle the ball in a game called football.
Man now with var we won’t get this beautiful celebration until 1 minute after the goalVar taketh
Nope, VAR to the rescue, and City only have themselves to blame. Just how many chances do you need to score a goal FFS.Deserved draw? I’m out for a family day.
Blessed are the cheese makers. As expected Jesus has an annoying voice.
Why not let the season play instead of being so negative on matchday 2Means absolutely feck all at this stage.
We're more likely to contend for the 4th spot than title this season. Anyone who thinks otherwise is plain delusional.
Your right there's been no drama or emotion today......Technicalities shouldn't be killing the mood of the game like that. I agree with the decision, but it should have been made far far earlier. There should be a smaller window after an incident (about 30 seconds to start with) after which VAR cannot be used to roll back such monumental moments in games.

How much time between the goal and the decision to overrule it?Oliver checked immediately after the goal.
