I haven't seen Rice much for W Ham.. So don't know but wouldn't be surprised if you are right.
Apparently Rice used the be a central defender until pellegrini transformed him into a midfielder

Kane really needs to go to a club where he can win trophies.

I m not watching the game but in the first minutes of the game, posters were moaning about Southgate.
England are 4-0 up after 70 mins...it don t reflect well on the expertise of some caftards over here.
Seems some people were born to moan. Sad lot

I hear what you are saying, but Bulgaria are dreadful, so it doesn't really make those people wrong.

I find that strange, I don't really follow England much but ever since Southgate's come on, England is looking solid and are actually a team to watch out for now. Granted, they have a great generation of players and that will help any managers, but England's always had good players.

Southgate has been successful more than any England manager since 1970...

From what I have seen Rice is not any better than McTominay. Mount on as sub for the average Henderson. Would have liked to see Maddison given a run but maybe in the Kosovan game.
Both shouldnt be starters for a team with the ambition to win the premier league.

Games are won or lost in midfield, one with Rice, Henderson, Barkley won’t cut it against the top teams. It’s an age old problem for England.

To be fair, England were pretty shit in the first half. Their goal came from a horrible goalkeeper mistake and Bulgaria had the two best chances in the half having only like 25% possession.
And btw your comment also points out a characteristic of some caftards i.e. commenting on it without actually seeing it.

Kane makes penalties look so easy. I hope 'Pogy' and 'Rashy' are taking notes..
I mean sure, but Rashford has missed one. And Kane missed one a year ago vs Liverpool, which was even worse than Rashfords miss.

Still, England had a job to do today - and completed it without any fuss.
So far so good

My original point was to just say you can't say people's opinions are poor or wrong based on a game where the opposition is so poor.

I am a huge admirer of Southgate. He is a good thinker and I especially like the way he wants his players to take much more responsibility. His teams are well balanced and move well and are significantly better than the so called golden generation.

Beating any team 4-0 is a good result nowadays. I ve seen England struggling against shit teams in the past, so a 4-0 win is more than welcome

------------------Kane (200m)
Sterling (150m)--Maddison (90m)--Sancho (120m)
------------Winks (50m)----Rice (50m)
Shaw/Chilwell (30m)--Maguire (80m)--Gomez (50m)--TAA (75m)

That squad would cost about 900m, and still I'm not sure it would land the League title.
TAA is not a 75m player.

He's similar to the value of AWB
