It's the reddit and online dumb pseudo liberals who started smearing Hillary as "just as bad as trump". Not to mention people who voted Gary Johnson instead of Hillary because Bernie didn't get nominated. Those people are just as much to blame. It could have easily gone Hillary's way and it wouldn't have been a total mess.
Knew it was all @Eboue , it's always all @Eboue

If WW3 is the only thing that can stop Liverpool winning the league then I say we give it some serious consideration.

Let us hope there is big tension so they quit the league with 2 rounds to go. Then nothing happens and so the Pool title is removed.

Those randos probably conveniently happened to be shareholders/investors of the defense industry.

Edit: can't believe I'm actually liking something Tucker Carlson is saying. He's not denouncing what a republican like him stands for either - he s rightfully and pretty aptly pointing out the hypocrisy of this situation. Trump won a lot of votes on promises that are the opposite of what is happening here. Citing Afghanistan, Mexico and China is fair as well to put it in perspective. You could see it coming from a mile away though that the neo cons, like Pompeo, would eventually convince Trump to do their bidding.

Geraldo is.... moderate now?
I just heard the full quote. A better line than Bernie's, given that he pivoted quickly to Iraqi civilian deaths which Bernie rarely mentions. And if it's better than Bernie's, uhhh, Fox News contributor Geraldo Rivera is a member of the vanguard against US imperialism.

Its probably just the quotes that are able to penetrate my bubble (ooo errr matron) but Geraldo has been a voice of reason on there for a while.

I found this tweet interesting :

Now on the face of it it’s resistance nonsense, dig a little deeper and it equates to supporting or at least suggesting terrorism as all Trump buildings are places of hospitality and business for civilians on either American or foreign soil. Dig a little further though and look at it from Iran’s perspective and it’s Achilles heel. Two successful hits on Trump properties anywhere in the world would send his businesses into free fall. That’s how exposed POTUS is right now.

How would the American public and American Military react if Trump Towers Turkey and Trump Towers Manilla were attacked? Would it be viewed as an attack against America or against Trump? Would the public get behind their president as a matter of principle for the office or would they say tough shit, emoluments exists for this reason and it’s your fault and your problem?

Would Trump be afforded the military response he would inevitably demand? How would the soldiers feel about being the POTUS’s private army protecting his own business interests?

In terms of war and foreign policy I think it’s a really interesting question and up until now we’ve only really seen how he reacts to threats (Turkey) and promises of benefits (Russia, Saudi, China). How he would react to actual attacks and the impact they would have on all his other businesses is equal parts terrifying and intriguing.

They may not have to attack the hotels to wind him up. They could merely threaten to attack his properties and spook everyone into checking out, which cuts into his business.

Don't put anything past him. He'll request large forces in each hotel worldwide... All must stay in the suites, at the rate posted on the door, along with a per diem minimum of $500 to be spent in the hotel. He's not making anything out of this of course, it's at cost.

Tucker the voice.of reason?

I'm in The Twilight Zone!
He has been against an intervention in Iran for ages. Actually, the rumors were that Trump changed his mind to attack Iran a few months back after hearing his show.

Time to invite Tulsi back on to discuss "illegal regime change wars".

As per a lot of reports, many people don't stay at Trump properties they just book it so won't make much of a difference but would be interesting.

And would an attack on a Marriott or Hilton property warrant a similar response. They are US companies also.

Dem establishment is not fully calling him out though. Their main line of attack is around him not informing the congress. It is a difficult message to pass on to the general public since they can't claim that the Iranian guy should not have been killed at all.
