To be fair it's hard to enjoy even a 5-0 drubbing like this knowing it's only a flash in the pan. This isn't fun to watch, especially knowing Ole will just be exposed again when he's not facing 3rd division opposition. Such a poorly managed team doesn't deserve any support if you ask me. Get him out of here.

We are playing well against Tranmere mate. Many people says this could be a banana slip, but Ole is proving them wrong. 5-0 at halftime! :yawn:Let just enjoy this moment and hope it gives the lad confidence and improve moral. Jessi lingard seemed very happy when he scored. You know that must have meant a lot to him.
Yeh, we are playing well and taking the game seriously. Not that Ole will get any praise from the mentalists around here these days.

Nonchalantly scoring the winner...

Our team is light years beyond them, and a little class from the Ole In lot would show folk like yourself at least acknowledging as much.

Ole deserves credit for putting the game to bed, and it's a huge result for him, make no mistake.

But his in game management is obviously going to come under fire for his subbing on of Fred (!!??) and keeping on Maguire - and every Utd fan should be able to acknowledge that - whether they're Ole In or Ole Out - yourself included.

Anyone making a big deal out of us winning by a large margin against a league 1 side with almost our strongest 11 available at the moment just highlights how much standards have been lowered to defend Ole.

Come on... if you were the manager of this selection against a league one relegation side you would also win the game. Does Ole really deserve praise for this?

Whether you rate it or not, this win just extended Ole's tenure by another month minimum.

God forbid anyone feel glad at 6-0 in the fa cup. No, not here not when lee565 is running the roost.

Good decision. Matic off for Fred, rotate and rest.

Maguire now rested.

Doing research is a bad thing now? Making claims without research is better?

Also doing research is very very easy with this internet thing
The team he supports is 6-0 up.

Playing some really fun stuff.

He’s decided to go to google and find out how expensive their players are so he can make the win seen less impressive.

Surely nobody is suggesting this result is in any way meaningful or shows any kind of turnaround?

Behind the right goal post as "Whiteside shoots!"

Yet he still manages to find time to post numerous "Oles selection was stupid" posts in the match day thread too . Impressive.

imagine being so sad that were winning.... well. What a shit life that must be

We're stuffing Tranmere 6-0 yet according to Mister Football manager we have here, it's a poor selection. Deary me...
fecking hell, at least read the post and what it was about instead of posting nonsense.

In case you are struggling, it wasnt about result.

A slighly weaker team with Garner and Gomes could also have won this game fairly easy. No Matic/Fred and 2 centrebacks without Maguire should also have been able to win this game fairly easy i think.

I know it is a 'what if' but this league one relegation side was so shit that i think we didnt need all these premier league players?

I'm not anti Scottish, I just wanted Moyes out.
Can't you just enjoy a decent performance and a win? Who fecking cares who it is against.
I would enjoy a decent perfomance and a win, and wouldnt care who its against either under normal circumstances . But these aren't normal circumstances, our club is falling apart on every level and there is no light at the end of the tunnel, so im not going to sit back enjoy and feel happy after winning a relegation league 1 side which will probably give the board and manager more excuses.

He hasn't even done the 'very very easy' research. Tranmere aren't even bottom. In terms of points Arsenal are closer to being bottom of the PL than Tranmere are in L1.

Surelly this doesnt count, they are bottom of league 1 ffs.
This isnt a lower league team, they are bottom of league 1! , they haven't won a game in their last five matches!
This is team is at the bottom of league one in the 21st potition their budget is probably 100k and some are nervous about the game.. Just shows what United have become.
Actually they are bottom of league 1 with no wins in their last 5 matches.
The win isnt impressive

I was just worried about one of Martial, Greenwood, Maguire, Matic or Fred getting injured. The 6 goals were just a nice bonus
