Give Ole a proper squad instead of the paper thin one he has and he will start winning trophies.
And that is based on what? Do you have anything to back that? his experience in the league is relegating teams. So no I will not back a relegating, clueless, spineless manager. He should be fired.

It gets on my nerves. People want to compare Ole to SAF but SAF was actually a top manager before joining United. Oke is not and never will be, no matter how much time we give him
Agreed, SAF had won a European cup with bloody Aberdeen before coming.

Best Ole did was win in Norway, for a club that has continued to have success without him, while having a PL club relegated.

They should never belong together in the same sentence unless we're discussing his playing days...

Chelsea away, City at home and Spurs away in our next five games will be fun. Our main counterattacking threat in Rashford is injured, so yeah, it doesnt look good, since Ole isnt able or qualified enough to coach something else, he will look clueless again.

I see that kindergarden is open sundays. Let’s mock Solskjaer, players and all the others who understands that things takes time. Let the name calling begin at those who havn’t pressed restart button on FMgame for 100th time this evening.

Changes takes time.
So we give Ole another 2 seasons, 500m and watch us struggling to qualify for the CL? No thanks mate. Rather cut my loses right now before we lose even more time blindly hoping that Ole can come good. If he was showing something on the pitch or even a half decent CV then people could be more optimistic towards him but unfortunately he has nothing in his locker as collateral.

Liverpool
Sacked Benitez nothing changed
Sacked Woy nothing changed
Sacked Dalghlish nothing changed
2nd with Rodgers, then nothing changed
Klopp now Liverpoll are the best team in the world.
You’re right, but didn’t they put a team for recruitment in place just before or after Klopp came in?

All I’m saying is this club is filled with people who are not good enough to be here. From the board, the staff and most of the players.
I’m not Ole’s biggest fan. I just think the next manager we appoint will be dealing with the same shit and fail.

I’d be delighted if that happens and I proved to be wrong.

Yes. Given another season he will make us relegation candidates despite spending 200-300m or something.
Still a change I guess, we haven’t been one since 30-40 years.

I'm pretty sure that without Klopp they wouldn't be breaking records. Just like we fell to pieces when we lost Saf.

Days when we aren't playing are the best days to come out, as opposed to when we're winning.

What team in place? If it weren’t for Klopp and his style, that was very particular from the off and known in Germany and by the whole world, would they be looking at players like those they brought?
Say tomorrow Woodward is sacked. Do you trust the Glazers appointing better CEO?

Klopp wasn’t braking any records with Lambert, Benteke and Mignolet and I’m pretty sure he wouldn’t break any records with Pereira, Lingard and Jones.

So what you're suggesting is:

Anyone regardless of quality + time = SAF
No, clearly the point was in reference to the stats. Someone with poor stats in a rebuilding phase may be worth sticking with if for example, they are improving the squad and making good additions, or if the players are playing for the manager despite shocking injury problems in the squad to the best players, or even with a poor points total they are still close to there agreed minimum target position for the season.

Lets send him to manage Salford City that way he will be at his proper level also be among friends he will also still be in Manchester next to the club he loves and Gary neville will be happy too.
Gary Neville will sack him in a month. He doesn’t take chances on his investments.

He’s breaking records with Origi, Ox, Henderson, Milner, Loveen, Joe Gomez, Lallana and Matip.
If those players were in our team and coached by Ole - they would have been casted away in their first games.

We would be a far better team with Lukaku, Herrera and Smalling . So much for a rebuild.

Ding, ding, ding - winner.

Gary 'The Butcher' Neville is very vocal about firing managers unless they're managing his team and hurting his bottom line, then the fecker can't get the cleaver out quickly enough. Neville would fire his good mate Ole in a few months if he was floundering even 1/10th of the way he's floundering at United. To be fair though, Ole would probably do well at Salford, that is basically his managerial level. Match made in heaven, get it done Gaz!

He has zero credentials to do a rebuild.
He is not improving anyone. Him overplaying our best player - Rashford - took him out probably for the season and could have damaged his career as a whole.
His recruitments - Maguire is gradually turning worse, James - same, AWB - same.

leaving the squad paper thin - again is due to his efforts in the Summer.

but yea let’s keep the nobody in the job because there is zero sense behind it.

Looks like r/reddevils on reddit has finally turned. Up until last week any sensible criticism of Ole would be downvoted to oblivion. Now the consensus seems to be that he's out of his depth and has to go.

No, his fans have already made it clear that the results don't matter until they think they do because the process takes time and so this constant evaluation of progress is tedious. Tables are for losers or something.
You joke, but I think 'Ole-in' people, are saying pretty much, this.

1 win in the last 5 matches. Rebuild heh, what a joke.
keep in mind we are playing Chelsea, City Spurs and Everton away in the next 5 games. We can go 2 wins in 10 matches easily.

No he wouldn't @Nr.7, but he was 2nd at xmas in his first full season after taking over that shite squad the previous year. He finished 4th with 76 points a win-percentage of 58%. Oh, and by game 25 his was on 49 points.

That's what a top manager can do in a little over a year and a bit.

Similar to Ole in a way really  (just with much less money spent)

Let's talk about not spending 150 m in the Summer and only slighting improving your defence, whilst weakening every other area. Think clever as a manager, if youre attack is so short, spend less in defence eh?
Stevie Wonder at Spurs cost £30m. We are waiting to spend £130m on Sancho and that right there is why we are where we are.
