Sure, and if you can't make the connection it's yours. If they laughed at us for not winning the EC or the league after Munich, would you still make destinctions?
Well... one is hahahaha you've won feck all in ludicrously unlucky football circumstances because of something affecting all of us and the other one isn't that.

Seriously, why would they laugh at us for not winning the EL?

Don't bring Munich into this, please.

The difference is that coronavirus isn’t something that has exclusively impacted Liverpool FC. Them losing the EPL title isn’t down to something that has hurt their players, fans or staff. It’s an event which society as a collective (United equally included) is impacted by and the EPL being cancelled is just an (un)fortunate byproduct of that. By laughing at Liverpool not winning the league, we are not laughing at the mortality on anyone involved with Liverpool FC so false equivalences with Munich are completely wide of the mark and in poor taste.

No, this is just causing death and effecting the whole world. What a hoot!
Exclusive or not, both are the consequences of tragedies. Non of them are funny in any way, but that's just in the opinion of my poor taste. Carry on.

And nobody is laughing at the deaths or the effect it’s having on the whole world, they are laughing at Liverpool not winning the title.

Munich was a devastating moment in United’s history, we lost players, coaches and many others from the extended Man United family.

Liverpool have lost their chance at winning a league. Thats it.

OK, what about this 5 and 6 times stuff they are obsessed with. And is primarily directed at Utd. Get them to pack that in because of its indirect connection to Munich, if you see what I mean, and I'll get concerned about the insensitivity of taking the piss out of the pandemic.

Or give us 4 European Cups that we never won, I don't mind.

I mean, it's the same thing, innit?

That guy who just randomly stands up is hilarious. Completely blank expression like he just realised he was in a football match and had to follow the crowd.

It's like a movie, I could watch it for hours

I only just noticed the guy having the seizure in the back is perfectly timed with the guy rising up like Dracula. Like he's conjuring him in his dispair.
Imagine he's having a wank and the big guy in front is turning around just as he explodes on his leg.

I know people saying it is fair to give it to Liverpool because they are 1st at the moment.

Where does that leave every other team? Surely it wont be one rule apply to the Champions and another for the rest?

Not every team has played same number of games either.
It opens a massive can of worms. Other teams would have to be promoted and relegated. This would then result in the FA being sued by teamS that could mathematically stay up. It’s mental.

I concur with folks who argue that we shouldn't be laughing at Liverpool because they are not going to win a league title that was a one horse race due to a global pandemic that has killed thousands and stranded millions.

My derision and sarcasm rests with entitled Liverpool fans who only care about their league win and nothing else. The world is going through a difficult time. I traveled internationally today and I could experience the paranoia among the people. Football means nothing during such times. It shouldn't even be in the list of priorities yet all they can think of is how to get over the line.

Was that paranoia brought on by seeing you and others travel internationally?

A fully grown man making a racist gesture with his eyes is a clear and visible display of one's IQ level
When is this from? Trying to figure out, who that racist gesture might be aimed at, given that it is a game against Chelsea.

What player would that have been directed at from Chelsea?

That's what makes it worse, it was probably directed at Ba for scoring the goal and that was the most offensive gesture he could think of making despite it not being applicable to anyone on the pitch...
