Unlikely to be BT, probably the German feed they have.Shocking coverage from BT missing Gnabry's goal completely there
I’ve no idea why Bosz is playing Bailey as a wing back.

It has nothing to do with BT.Shocking coverage from BT missing Gnabry's goal completely there
Few things infuriate me more than missing parts of the game due to pointless cut aways or replays...Shocking coverage from BT missing Gnabry's goal completely there
I have the impression that they also use camera angles that omit the stands more. I watched a game, don't remember which, and I forgot all about missing fans as well, even without the noise, because I never saw anything but the pitch.Crowd noise works. Just stuck it on and took me 5 minutes to realise theres no crowd
It's a bit reminiscent of his demise at Dortmund. I love how ambitious he is with his tactics, but sometimes you have to acknowledge that you don't have the players for such a demanding appraoch and better be more conservative. Sometimes he seems a bit slow/too naive to accept that. Hradecky being a complete liability doesn't help either of course, not the first time I've seen him ruin a game this season, I think it was their CL debut against Moscow where he put on a similar shit show. This is getting embarrassing now. First Gnabry missing a clear 1 on 1, then a minute later gets another and finishes it.
Bosz's decision to play Amiri and Bailey, two pure attacking wingers/midfielders, at the wing back positions has backfired horribly. Bayern have simply eaten them wide, 2 of Bayern's three goals coming because their wingbacks haven't been able to track Bayern's wingers.
Why the hell Bosz tried it today, given that previously he has always had proper wingbacks in those positions (Wendell, Sindgraven, Weiser), is beyond me.
Nice to see Goretzka doing well, assisted one (after a good interception) and then scored one. Having a good 2020 thus far.

Yea you can imagine someone like Burki, Neuer or Sommer coming out and clearing those three one-on-one chances Bayern got, but Hradecky doesn't seem to be that keen in coming out. He's a decent keeper, not much better or worse than what Leno was (though Leno has improved at Arsenal). Actually I don't think any keeper in the BL right now is true top drawer other than Neuer. Even for Sommer and Burki, who are having better seasons than before, they concede goals that probably should be saved, so I wouldn't put them beyond being good/decent keepers themselves. Similar level to Hradecky.I have the impression that they also use camera angles that omit the stands more. Odds are they have a "DJ" mixing the sound.Crowd noise is so much better. Wondering how they make it so that they react in real time to things like shots missing?
Judging a keeper is obviously very difficult if you don't watch every match. But I would say Sommer and Bürki (Gulacsi as well is my impression) are good, well rounded and reliable keepers. They aren't world class, they don't have the same dominance as Neuer, but they will give you reliable performances, with the odd world class save and the odd (honest/random) mistake. Hradecky however looks more and more like a choker to me. The first and third goal are just shocking goal keeping, coming out a bit, then hesitating in the middle of nowhere, leaving a good finishing angle exposed. Second goal didn't look impossible to save either.Yea you can imagine someone like Burki, Neuer or Sommer coming out and clearing those three one-on-one chances Bayern got, but Hradecky doesn't seem to be that keen in coming out. I think Leverkusen is Hradecky's level, and Hradecky is Leverkusen's level.
Amazing that he wasn't getting a look in with Nico Kovac.Bayern are scary good.
Muller on top form is the secret to making them tick imo, he's brilliant.
Perfect cross and what a powerful header.1-4
Lewandowski
He also didn't produce performances like that when he got in under Kovac, but that's to a big part because we had no attacking plan or anything.Amazing that he wasn't getting a look in with Nico Kovac.
He never looks elegant while doing stuff, that's always skewing peoples' perception of his technical skills. He is definitely gifted enough to pull off his ideas, which are still among the best in the game.Muller is such an incredibly good passer. Really among the very best passers in football. Just such an underrated skill of his.
I think a simplistic way of analyzing Müller would be to say he is as good as the team that plays around him. Ancelotti, Müller and Löw (lately) didn't just all have an irrational dislike of him. You have a fluid attack that plays well organized positional football and creates space for him then he can play out his strengths to the fullest. Put him in a dysfunctional, static attack where space/movement is scarce and he can look past it.Amazing that he wasn't getting a look in with Nico Kovac.
Fair enough. This Bayern team are certainly a well oiled machine.I think a simplistic way of analyzing Müller would be to say he is as good as the team that plays around him. I think in the case of Löw he was more looking for scapegoats of his own tactical failings.I think a simplistic way of analyzing Müller would be to say he is as good as the team that plays around him. Müller genuinely wasn't very good after things went downhill for the NT in general. He recoded his last goal or assist in a friendly in March 2018, he was in the squad for 10 games after that.I think in the case of Löw he was more looking for scapegoats of his own tactical failings.
Löw must be so glad right now that the Euro has been prosponed to next year, as right now he has not a single justification of not taking Müller and Hummels and imo even Boateng.
Löw as a national team coach has a playerbase of 300+ to pick from, and after the last tournaments it was obvious that some rebuilding was in order. Aging legends that rank high in the team hierarchy can be a problem in such a process. I understand Löw saw the need for a cut (although he made a proper mess out of it).I think in the case of Löw he was more looking for scapegoats of his own tactical failings.

That doesn't justify permanently ending his NT carreer. It was a definite end, not a temporary one. Right now, Löw would look really stupid going to the Euros without MüllerMüller genuinely wasn't very good after things went downhill for the NT in general. Funnily enough Hummels and Boateng (more recently) have also been in great shape since Löw kicked them out. Something had to change in DIE MANNSCHAFT and removing the old guard to give the youngsters an opportunity to grow into the vacuum can be an answer. But my point wasn't about that, it was that Müller's international performances at the time justified picking someone else. That doesn't justify permanently ending his NT carreer. Löw was perfectly happy keeping Podolski for about 4 years after his expiration date. Löw has always played favorites and he got rid of the people that don't shy away from speaking their mind in Müller und Hummels. The decision was bollocks then and looks completely stupid now.Löw as a national team coach has a playerbase of 300+ to pick from, and after the last tournaments it was obvious that some rebuilding was in order. Kovac and Ancelotti were just too mainstream and/or feeling under pressure to risk anything unconventional, playing Müller takes guts - play by the book and you lose, well you did what you could. Do something excentric and lose, its your fault.
Leipzeg have become comical at home. I can't remember the last time they won at home, drawn a lot of matches.Leipzig drew vs Paderborn. Despite being down to 10 men, Leipzig created enough chances to have scored more - Haidara most notably missing the target from 4 yards out in the dying seconds of the game. Also, Werner had a few decent chancres- should have converted atleast one of those chances
Hey I won't say I watch every match of Dortmund, Gladbach and Leipzeg but I watch highlights for those I miss. I agree with your assessment of Gulacsi, Sommer and Burki, they aren't world class but good keepers. I don't think Hradecky is outside of that range though, his shot stopping is generally really good.Odds are they have a "DJ" mixing the sound.
