That’s what half the children on the CAF will be saying tonight. I really dislike a very large part of our fanbase.
Nobody has said to sack him because we've lost a game, nobody is even calling for him to be sacked full stop. If we bottle top four from here though surely major questions need to be asked? It's looking like a replica of our final few games last season, players look totally burned out.

Jesus some of the replies here are pathetic. Our game plan was ducked as soon as Bailey went off. And how do you blame him when the keeper makes two mistakes like today?

but no. Sack ole

Not seeing him taking us to the next level to challenge for big things. Give him one more season and see how it goes.

How stupid a manager can be, when he knows he has no depth in his team and everybody knows our players are tired, yet he plays his first team in a cup game. He is certainly not a smart manager. riding on the players individual performances.
He didn’t start with his best XL. It’s an FA cup Semi Final at Wembley ffs, we are not going to start the kids...

Why dont we wait until we don't get top 4 instead of using events that hasn't happened yet as an excuse to slag the manager because we lost this game?
All criticism is really because we lost this, lets not pretend otherwise

You can maybe put it on Ole for the line up and change in formation but you can’t blame him for De Gea dropping two clangers.
Chelsea with two days extra rest and we probably have an eye on the West Ham game now, this one meant nothing and Solskjaer knows it. What the feck is the point of the fa cup without fans.

We had 2 days less rest than Chelsea. Hardly to blame Ole for today and I criticise him quite a lot.

Ole clearly wanted some legs in the team to hurt them on the break. Unfortunately we just weren't good enough.

We had two less days. Shaw out. Goalkeeper howlers.

And people will use this as a reason Ole isn't good. Get out of here.
I’m not saying sack Ole but there is a reason we have a squad and not just 11 players. This is what happens if we start the same 11 for 5-6 games in a row. This fatigue issue could have easily been fixed by rotating players.

In your closet, in your head!
It's one defeat mate.
It's one defeat but the performances have been steadily declining since Bournemouth. I don't know what the primary reason is so I'm still reserving judgement. But I'm not encouraged by our seeming inability to put together a strong run of performances (results notwithstanding).

Has been happening for years and years already to be fair.

Lits the excuses:
  • They have a better second string than us.
  • How can we win games with James; Fred and Williams
  • Chelsea has an extra days rest
  • Wembley is in London. They had regional advantage
  • Ole wants to play attacking football but he can’t when Eric Bailly goes off and we have to switch formations
  • The project isn’t finished I didn’t expect us to get past the 5th round let alone make the semis with this squad.

The schedule clearly not favor us at all with less than 48 hours rest. Players look exhausted and we played against majority their strongest XI. We'll just need to move on from this game and move to the more important one.

He fecked up today, I wouldnt sack him for that alone but I still think we need a better manager if we aim to challenge for top trophies.

I don't think our manager is Ferguson in disguise by any stretch of the imagination but he hasn't been helped by some atrocious goalkeeping, not for the first time this past 2 seasons. If he doesn't drop him now then I believe he'll have shown a serious weakness

Let's not pretend like we don't have a load of fans who were moaning about us picking up points, this very season even, because they wanted him sacked.

Anyone who thinks he's good in the long-term is deluded.

He had done a job, find someone better.
18 or 19 games unbeaten. Ffs man get a grip. I swear you lot need to stop whinging whenever something doesn't go your way. It was a bad game. Shit happens.

I haven’t changed my opinion throughout all of this. He should never have been appointed in the first place.

1 bad result and the moaners are out in force.
The fixtures meant this was always going to be a bit of a write off.. unless we had top 4 secured.

League and Europa League it is.. The FA cup was, unfortunately, a hindrance.

When will he have the balls to drop De Gea? If DDG costs us points in the run-in Solskjaer is fully responsible.
