fecking idiot to do that with VAR and all

But you never know with these refs, one game you can throat slam someone to the ground right in front of the ref and get nothing and then in the next you get sent off for something like this.

I was wrong about James Rodriguez being mentally weak, I take that back. Great comeback by Everton, they should win this now with one player more. It still feels so weird seeing Carlo Ancelotti and James Rodriguez with Everton. We should just sign any Real Madrid reject if we have a chance in future. What a class player this lad is.

The most experienced PL player in the squad does that, followed by an idiotic manager crying over two correct decisions.

What a bunch of clowns. As usual, WBA come up to go down.

Bilic sent off to the stand, good news is he has many options where to sit

All the so-called experts on here scoffing at Rodriguez when we were linked with him.

Why does Rodriguez go unpunished for throwing himself on the ground rolling about holding his face? Refs and VAR need to look at that type of behaviour as well.

Didn't James complain about the weather in Germany? Let's see how he gets on from October to February before labelling him a success!

Gibbs can push James away, but hands in the face is always risky. Just stupid stuff really. WBA losing their heads completely

That was absolutely brainless from Gibbs, total lack of keeping emotions in check.
Hamez hammed it up but a red card all day long.

tbh, I thought WBA played fine. Quick one touch passing and has pace &flair on the wings. Not exactly a defensive team either.

I remember my annoyance when Brentford didn’t take their slot last year. That’s a real attacking, exciting team.
And they'd probably go straight down as well, just like Norwich did, but at least it'd have been something new.

How quickly a football match can change. WBA could have been 2-0 up and had a deserved lead. Instead they finish the half 2-1 down with 10 men and the manager sent off.

Agree but totally outplayed by Fulham in the playoff.

Feel they would have been a little like Bournemouth in the PL;capable of some really good wins as well as as heavy defeats
