Dispatch email received from Amazon. Now praying those fecks at Hermes actually deliver it.
Was charged by Amazon late last night around 10pm and it was dispatched from Doncaster around 6.30am. I fecking cannot wait.
Finally got my shipped status from ShopTo, no email yet from them but checked on there site and have a tracking number also
Hermes can be decent, the problem with them is they don't employ anybody directly so the person you get is self employed and can be anybody who wants to take that area for the day. The Hermes driver round me is the same every day as he lives local to the area and actively takes that round.
He knows exactly when I'm in now so deliberately times the round to be when there's someone to take the delivery and will try again at the end of his round if there was no answer. Always stops for a 5 minute chat too. They get paid per delivery which is why they can be rubbish and sling it over the wall. All depends on the driver for Hermes.

Still all quiet from Argos. But have seen CentreSoft shipping other stores stock and they will all go out together.

My DPD reference number has now been recognised. Looks like CentreSoft will be shipping Argos as well.

Argos still 'in process' despite text a few days ago saying it will be delivered to me on 19th by DPD. Just hope there's no cock up with both items coming via DPD - though I'd like to think DPD might just have handled multiple items to the same address from different senders a few times before without issue

The extra day doesn't bother me all that much, its the weeks of assurances it would arrive on the 19th despite delivery to NI. DPD claim it was booked for 2 day delivery in the first place

Argos, but the actual shipment is via Centresoft who are doing a lot of the online stores.
I can see the transaction on my statement but not been dispatched yet (Amazon).
What’s the average time they send your other orders from them?
Hoping for the last bit of luck and for it to be delivered early in the morning
