feck. Didn’t think we’d be back to hoping for City wins but in a few weeks we could be back in that dark place.

The lack of a good manager doesn't help, either.
Sure. The only thing I'll say is not even SAF or Klopp or Pep can do anything abt our RW with the players we have (not including Diallo as he just came)

How abt our first goal against Liverpool in the fa cup? Or our 2nd goal against them in the same game? Or our 3rd goal against Wham? Or the ?4th? goal from Bruno's first time pass to Rashford vs Leipzig in our home game?
I know we score loads of those goals. It depends on our definition of counter-attacking. For me, all those goals were our players exploiting high lines and making excellent runs in behind. I think a counter is like Ronaldo vs Arsenal, that Salah goal or Mkhitaryan against Wigan (long time ago but yeah).

No offense to anyone and I don't mean to downplay us but just being realistic for a moment how can we be in any title race with these issues?

1. Lack of a dependable goalscorer /striker.
2. Our defense.
3. Our complete lack of RW.
Our attack last night cost the owners 0 in transfer fees.

Its unrealistic to expect a title under our ownership.

Well done to Jose and Moyes on allowing Liverpool to find their mojo again. I think they will go on to beat Man City next weekend as City have a woeful record in Anfield.

What does Everton's manager have to do with Ole being crap?
Because you’re on a Utd forum pal. Before you start spouting off about crap managers and coaches etc, just remember this, he’s twice schooled your world class manager. Oh, so did Steve Bruce and Moyes

I'm not anti Scottish, I just wanted Moyes out.
We've definitely as bad, and worse. But more in SAFs time.
Obviously, we've won massive games with Gibson and Smalling at right back, Keane in defence Alan Smith in midfield etc.. But that was SAF.
I'm talking about the last 2 years. Imagine Ole with all our defenders out for the majority of the season.

City vs Liverpool title race again then, urgh. If we can't be in it could at least one of the teams going for it be likable?

Then I give you Bruno against Newcastle. BTW this is why Rashford has to go back to LW.

Ehh there's really a limit to how much a manager can do to close a gap between two clubs. Everton can have the best manager in the world and I'll still expect United to defeat them 9 times out of 10.

So not sure about such dig at him to be honest.

Ah yes. He definitely wouldn't deal with it the way the top managers do.

None of the other top six are likable.

I would have Spurs, but I don’t like them because of Glaston. Imagine putting up with him when they actually win something.

I despite Arsenal and their fans. Chelsea winning it would mean nothing, so they are the best of the worst.

I swear they add 4/5 minutes if the game is close, and 3 if it isn’t. Regardless of what else has actually happened during the game.

This is the general forum. It really doesn't matter how bad or overrated the ancelotti is. That's a separate argument. Ole is crap.

And I wouldn't worry about top 4. It'll do Utd more good if you miss out and he's sacked.

IIRC you were leading the PL. Losing to the likes of Newcastle is poor mate. Saying that there’s only so much you can do is the ultimate vilification of your. club and coach

I for one don't expect a title with this squad and manager.

Tbf after our start to be where we are is already a great achievement. I fear for us going forward though.
