feck. Didn’t think we’d be back to hoping for City wins but in a few weeks we could be back in that dark place.

I know we score loads of those goals. It depends on our definition of counter-attacking. For me, all those goals were our players exploiting high lines and making excellent runs in behind. I think a counter is like Ronaldo vs Arsenal, that Salah goal or Mkhitaryan against Wigan (long time ago but yeah).
We won't catch City. This result either strengthens Liverpools top 4 credentials or more likely title credentials.
