Exactly. It's a league full of teams at the level of the bottom half of the PL and top half of the Championship. Lukaku was dynamite against those kind of teams when he was in England too. It's a shame to see such a storied league drop so far.3 previous years, it's about equal to Germany...Germany had an anomaly year which saw it's coefficient below 10. If it wasn't for that year, Italy would be clearly 4th.
Even then, there is a clear gap between the first level (England and Spain) and the 2nd level (Germany and Italy). Then there's the rest.
It's a good league, but not a top league. Lukaku is one of the best players in the league, not only goalscorers....says something about the league.
