BOTW 2 is all I needed but Metroid Dread looks really good and I love WarioWare so looking forward to that.

New Metroid, Fatal Frame and Mario/Rabbids are the picks there. Although I'm really happy Advance Wars gets some love, those games were absolutely brilliant.
Ive been desperate for advance wars for ages, mr and my mate used to spend hours on them

I only needed BOTW2 but Metroid Dread was a welcome surprise, especially since we know a new Prime is also in the works.

Overlal though this has been a hugely disappointing E3. I’m guessing Covid has just delayed so much.

Haven't had proper chance to catch up but I'm guessing that's in addition/separate to Metroid 4 which I presume there's no new news on?

They mentioned it, just said it's still being worked on.
Cheers. Just wanted to check this wasn't the main line game and that was still coming.

I'll probably watch the direct after the footy later. How was it? Grade?

Hope BOTW2 is actually 2022, seems a bit soon, although it's using the same engine which is promising.
Won't have to accommodate for the Wii U and I assume will be looking to take advantage of the Pro. Will be 5 years since the first and they had a base there already with the first one so seems reasonable.

Would be lovely to have a Pro and play it in 4k. They'll probably patch the first beforehand too

I'm gonna have to try the 1st again. I just didn't 'get it'.

I love Zelda though so it'd be frustrating if it was another 5-10 years before I play a new one that isn't in the BOTW style/format.

I'm probably the only person in here to never have played Metroid despite having pretty much every Nintendo console since I was born bar the WiiU.
I have a Wii U and a ton of games you can have if you will pay for shipping.

You'll also need to fix the touchscreen.

Definitely worth playing the Metroid games. Including (& perhaps especially) the Wii one.

Not a fan of 3D Metroid - they just weren't Metroid enough.

I’m really tempted to get a Wii U just to play Wind Waker HD.

If you can fix the touchscreen you can have mine. I've got wind waker.

I tried to sell it and then the guy couldn't set it up because I reset to factory and the touchscreen is needed during setup (but after, for the most part really not needed on most games) so it's sat in a bag for like 4/5 years.
