Rodrigo De Paul will NOT conduct a medical examination for Atlético in Brazil during the Copa America with Argentina. We have to wait.
This again. Surely it's as easy as demanding an obligatory purchase at the end of the loan. He's just been drafted into Portugal's squad for the Euros. They can feck off with their choosing beggars routine.Tweet

Obviously not played enough.....im not sure he plays a huge amount of games anyway if he stays, was always the wrong signing for me....especially when £45m more would possibly have got Grealish.Ooofff
Not sure i'd blame him, hasn't been a good season. Was kind of hoping next year he'd be more settled and we'd see much more of him. Hard to be optimistic about his future here with quotes like that.

This has been talked up as another loan spell with a purchase option, so it's not just a problem for United. Even Real Madrid have to deal with this.Brahim Diaz can continue in Milan, many contacts and talks between the parties. There is optimism.
Agree was always a poor signing from the start. Lot of people really bigged him up as a great signing at the time too on here. Good player, not a great player and never saw we he realyl fitted in other than a squad player. Still feel the same. He hasnt played enough but I dont see how he gets that many games anyway thogh....and people saying he has looke dgood when he has played, what are they watching? Generally when he has he has been anomynous and looked lostWe needed a RW,CB,CDM and the club buys Donny? Makes zero sense
Has he though? He is 35 after all. I love him as a player and a leader, actually thinka lot of people have under rated what a fantastic centre back and leader he has been for so long. Saw little of Madrid bar Europe last year, but to me when I saw him it looked liek that season of a dip the season before you see a player no longer has it anymore.Absolutely. He's still got plenty left.
Yes and for £40m more we could have signed a player that would cover Fernandes, Rashford and have allowed us to sell Pogba and Mata in Grealish. Yet we spent a similar fee on VDB and too young rw....now we are looking to spend £80m on another right winger.Backup for Fernandes when Pogba or Mata can fill ?
Or a third option, the club is clueless and used the old scattergun approach while not actually strenghtening the holes in the squad.
I think DOnarumma is a great long term signing, but otherwise I would agree. I don tthink WIjnaldum will actually fit PSGDoesn't massively improve them though ironically. Not imo anyway.
He definately isnt going to BarcelonaThere's only one club that's not a step down from Real, Sergio.
Think he has been under rated. But at the same token I dont agree with that, think its an over staetment. He fitted perfectly into that Liverpool midfield, not sure he does for PSG and he certainly isnt better than Veratti....but they are totally differnt players anywayDisagree. Hes miles better than them all
So you are saying... there is a chance?FYI, RM4Arab refers to Marca in their Tweet. When I looked up Marca's website (both Spanish and English), I couldn't any article, passage, or even a sentence in any of the Marca articles indicating this. I wonder if we'll possibly see this in the newspapers by any chance...
EDIT: The only other Marca article mentioning Varane after Ramos's departure news covers the three captains who'll take over Ramos next season, one of whom will be Varane. That article isn't written by José Félix Díaz. and it makes no mention of Varane renewing his contract.
Either they want him or they dont, hate clubs trying to get another season loan for a cheap player with an obligation that means nothing. The important question of coruse is does anybody else want him though for a reasonable fee?Tweet

Didn't they just spend almost 30m on Tomori? How do we always get bullied in the sellers market? They can feck off. Those cheap fecks.
Yeah same here and not afraid to say it one little bit, him & Marquinhos are my joint dream CB targets with Varane 2ndIt's been years since he last used us for a payrise, but I would still take Ramos in a heartbeat
Surely we would have heard something from a journo if it was us so can only see it being PSGI think it’s us or PSG
True. But I think the widespread belief until tonight was that he’d sign a new deal with Madrid..Surely we would have heard something from a journo if it was us so can only see it being PSG
Yeah Ole has already seen the impact that an experienced born winner can have on this team up front and he should see Ramos as someone who could provide the exact same thing in defence as wellTrue. But I think the widespread belief until tonight was that he’d sign a new deal with Madrid..
I have nothing to back up my thoughts that were in for him by the way. Just a feeling
I really don’t buy this tbh. Cavani was brilliant as a free signing but we still need a starting striker because of his fitness record and the fact he can’t play every game. We need a starting CB and would still need a starting CB even if we signed Ramos for the exact same reason. He only played 15 league games last year and suffered numerous different injuries. He’s 35. We’d just be kicking the can down the road. Whoever Madrid get to replace Ramos is who we should be targeting unless we can bag Varane.Yeah Ole has already seen the impact that an experienced born winner can have on this team up front and he should see Ramos as someone who could provide the exact same thing in defence as well
Silva is great for our squad as a leader. Ramos is a bit of a gamble. Not real enthused about him getting involved with other players about their contracts. It better not be with us, he is a walking red card.

Know I am mad but despite his age would only genuinely take Marquinhos over Ramos despite him being 35, have moved on from Varane because fully expecting him to renew as no way do Real let both go this summerI really don’t buy this tbh. Yeah he’s young so that’s a good one for them long term.I think DOnarumma is a great long term signing, but otherwise I would agree. I don tthink WIjnaldum will actually fit PSG

I thought Marquinhos is a better DMYeah same here and not afraid to say it one little bit, him & Marquinhos are my joint dream CB targets with Varane 2nd
What's his excuse been for all the mediocre seasons prior to this last one?Yeah he didn't play great but he never had a run of games and only about 1000 minutes all season. Players who looked equally as poor got picked week in week out. So yeah I would be looking to move on if I was him because my coach obviously doesn't want to play me and I'd want to go somewhere I'd actually play.
Think you mean deluded. You could argue that Son choosing to stay at Spurs to win trophies makes him the most ambitious footballer in the world.
Stop online bullying !Yes, please, snatch him from Arsenal.
Do we offer him a package that he can’t refuse for 1-2 years and delay signing a long term younger player that will potentially be here for many years? I’d rather we sign the long term player.Ramos would be a great freebie for Utd. He might get a few red cards but he would be great for set pieces and organising the defence. Would also mean more money in the pot for player purchases. No brainer.
