Not too surprised by that, he played amateur football until quite late. I think his physique and drive (to improve) are his main strenghts. He could go on to play at a level higher easily. Made for the PL too I'd say.

Yeah, but midtable PL is quite good to be honest. I also don't think AWB always offers that much more and he plays at United. Think they are reasonably similar, AWB is better in getting himself out of tight positions though.
