Perfect time to sell him imo. £125m or £100m and a player from City isn't a bad deal at all. This is weird as hell, almost like Levy doesn't want selling Kane to be on his head
Exactly. Head coaches tend not to.Levy making Nuno the scapegoat but really he has no say in the matter.
Yeah, it was a little vague at the time, but that does make more sense and more in line with what Ducker reported in the end. He's italian. He basically went with a straight italian-to-english conversion. €90M con i bonus = €90M with add-ons. They mean different things though. He meant €90M including add ons.
Con i bonus > direct translation is "with bonus". But it's incorrect, as the two mean different things in this case
Total rebuild of defence. Not bad at allPSG have really conquered the free transfer market this season, Wijnaldum, Donnarumma and now Ramos. They're probably paying obscene wages to all 3 of them.
Chelsea tend to do that with players who aren't in the first-team plans for now but could offer them more value via multiple loans. If they become good enough for another manager, then they can also play for Chelsea. That's what happened with Christensen, Mount, and Abraham basically; constant loans until they found a manager who wanted to play both of them. Then there's Charly Musonda who signed a new Chelsea contract several years ago and is still getting loaned out.Wait, what?! They offered a contract extension to a guy who hasn't played for them in 3 years?

Kenedy is a very interesting athlete. Flamengo are talking. It’s also very difficult. He’s from Chelsea, he’s an interesting player who’s had a great season. Now it’s a very difficult negotiation, an athlete who was transferred for a very high fee to Chelsea. We’d like to have him, but again, even because of the financial situation, the value of the Euro, everything that happened, we see it as a difficult situation.
He has a great agent.
Levy - Yes Nuno, you have final say on Kane’s transfer. And best of luck augmenting the squad with a budget of 10 mil if Kane is still here come September.Tweet

Borussia Dortmund hot for Leipzig's Marcel Halstenberg! New coach Marco Rose is a fan of the national [team] player and has already spoken to him for a long time. However, a transfer still depends on many factors. Colleagues of the picture reported first.
we can also take Brozovic off their hand on a low fee & forgive part of the money they owe us. he is on his last yearDon't Inter owe us some payments for Lukaku too? We need to harass them to get our money back!
Only £49m iircDon't Inter owe us some payments for Lukaku too? We need to harass them to get our money back!
Did you have to?
Yeah, this has been rumoured in Brazil for a couple of weeks, I honestly don’t see why we would want him. Not excited about this link. There are also reports we will go for Renato Augusto, who I definitely wouldn’t mind on a short-term contract.
Surprised by this given how key a player Guerreiro has been for them, he's also a very Rose type signing. Quality offensively while being very energetic in closing down players.Tweet

To me, the Halstenberg link indicates that Nico Schulz might be on his way out. He looked out of depth last season, and he doesn't really suit Marco Rose's style as you alluded to in your post. Halstenberg also offers the sort of versatility that Rose likes in his players.Surprised by this given how key a player Guerreiro has been for them, he's also a very Rose type signing. I like Halstenberg, will give them more balance between offense and defense, but Guerreiro seems the better fit now.
Would Halstenberg want to settle for a secondary role at Dortmund (as that was Nico Schulz's role) given he's been a starter at Leipzeg, who are at about the same level? To me, the Halstenberg link indicates that Nico Schulz might be on his way out. I don't think Musonda's getting loaned out anywhere at the moment - he ruptured his PCL and he's been out for nearly three years (brief comeback aside). It will be a miracle if he plays again. Then there's Charly Musonda who signed a new Chelsea contract several years ago and is still getting loaned out.
No one knows what kind of formation Rose will be playing, a 4-diamond-2 could see Guerreiro move into midfield, opening up the LB position for Halstenberg, if it's a back three he could play as LCB. But in any case I don't think he could reasonably expect to start every game and the most likely scenario is that he's replacing Schulz in the squad. Though it's surprising to me that Dortmund would be willing to spend on a 30 year old in the current climate.Would Halstenberg want to settle for a secondary role at Dortmund (as that was Nico Schulz's role) given he's been a starter at Leipzeg, who are at about the same level?
Interestingly though, Halstenberg's starts at Leizpeg have been majority at CB, as part of a back 3, while Angelino was first choice at LWB. I believe Angelino lost his place towards the end of the season following an injury, so maybe Halstenberg is fearing his place in the side with Angelino being better suited to a LWB role. Though I can easily see him slotting at CB for the next few seasons with Upmaenaco and Konate gone, they don't have experienced players there and Halstenberg can fill that area.

They have to. Hakimi is useless as a RB in a back 4.I think they might play with a back three now that they have signed Hakimi.
They're signing Ramos on huge wages and already have Marquinhos(captain) and Kimpembe(local lad and French International) on their booksWhy?
