I doubt anyone will give a toss if Italy beat you!

England have been the better team and had easily the better chances. It was a crappy dive but you make your own luck. Bring on the final and an Italian victory!
Well said, well apart from the last bit ;)

Amazed Braithwaite has played the full match, Danish manager messed up from half time.

Your team makes me root for Italy in the Final... ITALY, Germanys arch nemesis..

That is no soft pen, that is a booking for Sterling. Disgraceful. Should have never stood.
Pipe down there tiger you won a World Cup off a soft penalty. The utter audacity.

The anti-English (of which there are many) will be all over that penalty decision from now until the end of time.
Well, when you give ridiculous decisions to a home team what do you expect? We love to have a go at City, Liverpool and Chelsea about this but suddenly it is ok?

It can't be that whole world is wrong but english fans is right?

Bad decision. Not first time in this tournemant given to home teams. It is ok to say that England got helped with this decision, even if the team deserved to win.

A few fans will moan and then move on. What you are seeing now is people who have an anti-English bias and just cannot handle England doing well at anything, nor their fans celebrating it.
You're joking right

Does Denmark think it's still 1-1 or are they just that tired.
They’ve been knackered since England scored the first. They were playing for half time at the end of the first half and never got back into it.

that was a blatant dive from Sterling but that is on the ref for not going to the monitor. why have it if you aren't going to use it

Bad decision are discussed at length on this forum no matter which it's against.

You can't buy refs like you used to, but apparently you can buy VAR. No wonder England is looking up these last tournaments. They've untied the Italian knot.

It was a dive. So fecking what. Maradona cheated, Inzaghi won Oscars by diving. Who gives a feck?

Yep, we’ve laughed when the English refs have meant reviews take 10 minutes, but tonight is the flip side with a 2.4 second “nah it’s fine” review of a very blatant dive.

VAR is garbage.
"Refs are garbage". VAR is fine. The people using it are idiots.

For me it’s more that English football has always been tough but fair kind of football. This kind of cheating is a disgrace.
It's not cheating if VAR decide not to overturn the decision mate.

Let's be absolutely honest, England have dominated the game in every aspect since the beginning of the second half to now. England deserve to win.

A big decision like this should always be made by the main ref. That's my issue, even if he doesn't overturn it, at least have the bollocks to do it

England should have just closed it out in 90 minutes, when the Danish basically had no legs anymore for the last 20. A cowardly manager led to ET, when the overall better team needed a rebound after a poorly taken pen, that just have never been given. The more deserving team will most likely advance but for nearly every football fan this will leave a bitter taste in their mouths.
