Thanks for the quick replies on that, hmm I don't see this one getting close to that, I didn't think one would get over 1000 tbh, I can't imagine the uproar towards the end.
Half of the pages were variations of SanchON or SanchOFF or Happy Sancho Day.

Jamaican delegate has become a bit of a meme lately originating from this post.
Moon is to do with the 'moon tier' system some Real Madrid twitter accounts use.

Basically a playful title to say Varane's probably going to come here. Wouldn't take it totally seriously.

Funny stuff that link, it's been well documented he's ready to leave for a "new challenge" by the media and United are one of a few clubs who can pay straight up cash in this Covid times were our finances have been hiht hard, coupled with the stadium rebuild etc...

As a fan i really don't want him to go but we are in a bad place atm, not to mention our fan base demanding our President gets us Mbappe, at this point we are willing to negotiate until we find a solution for him to move to United or sign a new deal which is unlikely baring in mind we offered multiple contracts the past year.

One thing that is certian though is Varane would get his big contract either with us or elsewhere but I'll prefer it to be at United.

To think united and Madrid are bickering over a mere 5 million quid. This is what clubs do though. That's why these sagas drag on.

How has Varane played the last year or so?

Caught Madrid / France a few times throughout the season and each time Varane looked a bit dodgy.

It could just be an awful coincidence.. I had to watch Messi for about 5 games before I saw him score or have a good game

Is that it? I wouldn't get out of bed for 5 million quid.

AS also says it's "hours away" and that Varane doesn't want to start the pre-season with Real. They also say that Varane's camp originally left the door open, but that Real are actually pretty happy to sell him because they need the money. The deal should be finalized "in the next few days" for around €50m.

Why doesn’t Flo just tap up Mbappe and tell him not to sign any contract with PSG? I mean, every man and their dog knows Mbappe wants to play for Real Madrid. Surely, Madrid fans can see that it will get done that way and they’ll save an insane initial fee for the transfer of Mbappe.

It's frankly insulting. I understand why he'd want to go away when a new guy is being offered +5 million more than you when you're of comparable quality and have been a stalwart for a decade.

Think he genuinly wants to try out PL as well and RM has come to a natural end.

Really like a guy that seeks a new challenge to freshen it up.

realistically I think that's what's happening anyway. Will just be interesting to see how the Qatari will take that ...

Did you mean to say hours instead of days? As the tweet says the deal should be done within hours.

They already have, he's not signing a new contract with P$G even though they've already offered him the world if he renews.

None of their transfer business this summer has changed that apparently and he'll still likely join Madrid next summer

Not very well considering the owner said he’ll not be leaving either on a free or getting sold.

Really can’t wait for the fireworks.

Yeah I gathered that what they’re doing. He’ll be around the same age as Ronaldo when he joined maybe even slightly younger so waiting a year is no big deal.

Tbf he's been solid as usual, as a unit our defense last year wasn't all that good, we had to chop and change a few times and that destructed our flow especially our wingback positions, but if I'm to say on individual levels Varane was the least of our problems as he was mostly reliable when fit.

NOTE;

He's lost a yard of pace as is to expected with age, still he out runs most strikers who's name are not Mbappe, he's also made up for the yard of pace loss with his reading of the game and positional awareness, gose into most challenges with clear intentions of pinching it and he's likely to comes out on top 8/10.

He's one of those players if injured needs a couple of games to get into rhythm as you noticed with France, he was injured for sometime before rushed back for UCL game with Chelsea last May then straight into a major tournament.

Lastly when he's up to speed he's an unbelievable defender who can bully attackers, out pace them, Win arial duals, put in a last ditch block if it comes to that and is comfortable on the ball, passing out of the back with either feet.

Unveiling Sancho and Varanae at the same time will be a massive statement of intent.
Yes during the Euros I was thinking this is what they are planning. It's obvious they want to show United are coming to win this year!!

Also I was thinking if they were going to do the ' Welcome back to Manchester ' billboards etc for Sancho to get City back for Tevez haha.
