They’re talking about max getting 2nd. All well and good, but that’s assuming his car is in a decent condition.
It's do-able if his car can be fixed but it's a big ask.

Hamilton cheating within the rules again, by accelerating away from the crash so he didn't get hit.
Wait for him to shamelessly celebrate the win, if he gets it, while Max car is seriously injured.Hamilton cheating within the rules again, by accelerating away from the crash so he didn't get hit.
Personally can't wait to see the bill for RB for 2 cars this time.Wait for him to shamelessly celebrate the win, if he gets it, while Max car is seriously injured.

Wasn't Norris that was at fault.Norris took out Verstappen. Suppose it was a joke though

Of course Hamilton being on pole and getting away well is the best he can do to avoid the whole incident. But I'd say it's lucky that the only guy that could even threaten his win here today is one of the affected.I completely get that Max is unlucky. But why does that by default make Lewis lucky? He qualified first, he made a great start, which both in combination meant he was ahead and in the best place to avoid collisions. Max is unlucky 100% and to the extent that gives Hamilton a gain in the championship, it benefits Lewis. But there is a reason beyond luck as to why Hamilton came out of that unscathed.
Ralf Schumacher talking about a grid penalty for the next race.Could Bottas get a penalty for the next race ?
Nico on about points and a pen.
In all seriousness, do actually feel for Max, it had the makings of a classic race.
Can he get a podium, it's going to be hard for him.
Lewis made a good start, that for me was the reason he missed getting hit, Max also with a good start.

Yes, I can accept today as unlucky for Max. You said Lewis is lucky, which is not the case. But Max said himself about the Red Bull and Mercedes being much faster than the rest of the field so these setbacks don't impact them as much. How can you say he isn't? You actually think his car will be 100% after the red flag? And even if they manage to pull off a miracle repair, he's 13th after he was second when he got taken out. He had a good start and is the victim of Bottas' stupidity. He did nothing wrong. Of course he's unlucky.![]()
Agreed. With how much work they’re still putting in on it with 2 minutes until restart, that’s indicate that it’s not in great shape
