PSG paid €180mil for Mbappe, if Madrid pay PSG €180mil for him, they should take it. On january 1st he can sign a pre agreement with madrid and PSG will get nothing. Obviously Qatar dont want to lose him and lose face but from a FFP perspective its a no brainer. Sell him and strengthen the team in other positions.

Those Haaland wage and agent numbers are so outlandish that they sound made up. Nobody is paying him €50m per year and 700k per week.

Q : Didn't UEFA said last year they wanted to limit the agent fees ? And why the agent fee isn't coming from the player that hire him instead of the buying club ?

I think its above 800K per week

I agree with you they should take the money...

They have landed one of the truly biggest names in football world in Messi, who's 10 times bigger than Mbappe, I don't get why they are too insistent on keeping a wantaway Kylian!! Take the 160M/180M and let go ...

I have a feeling Real will go for him, Mbappe - Haaland - Hazard front three with Pogba on a free too. They could go full galactico.
They could well do I suppose. But it won’t be for wages of 800K though. He’d only get that at City or PSG now and most of it would be in brown envelopes.

Yes second....the Solskjaer fans are happy with that

Now we had a pre-season and have still fitness issues according to Solskjaer.
Still not a full pre-season, since so many were late from Euros and Copa America. Not excuse for the performance though

I’m not a Solskjaer fanboy. I look at the stats and the obvious improvement from being nowhere in the picture 3 years ago to being a contender. This “Happy with second!”facetious replies are based on nothing. We all know City are far ahead. So were Liverpool. It’s blatantly obvious that without an elite holding midfielder we do not get to the top.

Glazers with their bs leaks again to soften the fans over the lack of further investment this summer. We are never getting Haaland and Rice in the same window with these pricks in charge.

We can continue to blame previous managers for the state our squad was in, but you cannot blame them for the lack of playing style or tactical awareness. We are simply relying on individual brilliance or hitting on the counterattack. Ole has been in charge long enough to stamp his authority on that aspect of management.
I’m talking exclusively about the abuse he gets for wanting better players

Surely too late now for any City move for Haaland this week. Wonder what they do now?

I don't think Haaland will sign for Utd. Would you?, if your dad's playing career was ended (with intent) by Utd's captain? Get real.
It is widely reported that Haaland jr. thanked Keane personally for that tackle as his father spent more time with him after that. That tackle is the reason he will join us.

I reckon Chelsea will win the league now with City missing out on Kane. Maybe City will sign Ronaldo but I don't really see it. As of now, City haven't fixed their biggest weakness which was up front, I don't see Grealish having any significant impact considering this was a position they already had quality and depth in, and Lukaku was the perfect signing to fix Chelsea's only weakness (in their 1st XI at least).

Nope, I expect he like the rest of us assumed we would have enough to beat Southampton and didnt count on Maguire having a stinker and the rest of the team looking clueless.
I think it was a shop window exercise, which is why Jesse came off the bench too - trying to drive some interest in players that are ‘good enough to play for Utd!’

Oh and if you don’t like my post/opinion you can just scroll on by, no need to play the big I am and go round belittling people.
You belittled yourself if truth be told with some absurd notion that it was a shop window.

Oh and if you post, expect replies on occasion. That’s how forums work.

With Kane now staying at Spurs, it’s looking likely that City will go for Haaland next season. With his release at 65m they can offer the 100m they were going to splash on Kane. Who can rival them?

Great. So now City will be in for Haaland next summer. Thanks for screwing up our transfer plans, Kane! So selfish. Still, suppose he gets 1 more of year of feeling like a big fish in a small pond, along with the epitome of unambition that is Son.
