I dont understand what drugs some fans have been on to think this game was going to go differently
probably just mere hope that we'd turn into game raising boys against the Scousers at home because how can you subject this performance to old trafford.

Nah forget this, you’ve been wilfully ignorant in countless threads. This game isn’t a shock, it’s been coming.

All those posts people made about people being blind. That we just couldn’t see how he was slowly putting things together. That it was obvious for any real football fan that he was building a team.

It must be painful to read back some of those posts now. I really wanted to like him, but the signs have been so clear for so long. There should be no Ole Inners left if you really care about the club.
If I was the OP I'd be booking myself into an optometrist. At best case he's got a shit eyesight, worst case he might need psychiatrist for the 3 years of psychotic episodes he was experiencing.

Liverpool and City games with Moyes were the same. Expected a thumping, received a thumping. Van Gaal lost 4-0 to 4th league MK Dons. Mourinho probably didn't have that much of a low point though.
Yeah but even under Moyes we could beat the mid to lower table teams with ease. Nowadays you'd expect anyone and everyone to pose a challenge against us. Ole is by and far the worst manager of the lot.

We lost 6 1 to Spurs last year so we definitely have been worse but this game is not over so we still can turn it around and win 5 4 or at least tie it. It ain't over until it is over.

Eh, we didn't beat anyone easily under Moyes. It was the same as now but worse to overall under Ole. We finished 7th ffs.

0-4 down at half-time at Old Trafford is a PL record. And it's against fecking Liverpool in a season they can go level on titles.

Possibly the worst result/performance, but not the worst defeat. The thing is it's not even a surprise. It's a culmination of all the problems that have been highlighted for ages.

The defeats that hurt the most were the ones that came after a false dawn, as you went into them with hope and expectation. Today, the only hope was that we might blag it, and the expectation was pretty much exactly what has happened.

Moyes was a shite team and shite manager. This is a good team with a shite manager. It is light and day the difference in how we and pool create chances. If we actually had klopp we could have scored at least two. Instead none of our players know how to make the right pass.

1973-74 Season when we got relegated was worse, no?

the 6-1 loss to City was painful.

actually, a bit cathartic if Ole is sacked after this match. If we can consolidate a mid table finish with an interim manager, then make a move in January or summer, it might be a platform to move forward.

To lose without balls like this at home to Liverpool and the guy has the nerve to talk about the United way. It's already one of the singular worst results of our lifetime and it could get worse.

Nah we had similar moments with Moyes, Van Gaal and Mourinho
We've had worst in terms of football and results, but there is hardly anything worse than losing 0-4 against Liverpool at HT at Old Trafford.

Yes.

The people who’ve defended Ole are a disgrace. Been clearly out of his depth all along.

Likely to be merged with all of the others, but is ANYONE surprised by this embarrassing display?

@OleBoiii @justsomebloke @UnitedSofa @Wumminator and a shit tonne more have been so incredibly ignorant of what was clearly coming. We’re level with fecking Arteta after a quarter of the season, we’ve struggled in every single game bar Leeds, even in a weak as piss CL group.
This was coming a mile off.

I’m a strong Ole In, but even I can’t defend this shite.

Fecking embarrassing.

Ole Out or pull a rabbit out the hat and prove me wrong.

Absolute fecking shambles.
You talk like this is a partizan thing or some Republican Democrat shit. You're only priority should be this club and this man is not good enough.

Yes. Though the 6-1 loss to Spurs was probably worse. A Mourinho led team scored 6 at Old Trafford. Signs were obvious in his first 6 months. This is what we've been progressing towards. Luck has run out for Ole.
That was because Martial got sent off because of Lamela play acting though. They can’t blame this on anything other than shoddy shoddy play and coaching.
