Ten Hag - and all his understaff. Total clear-out of our first-team coaches. Give them a few years to build a system. It's worth a gamble.

William hill have conte favourites to take over at 6/5 and zidane second at 2/1, anyone but conte please! He’s to defensive and will fall out with players. My bet would be to get a temporary till end of season and then go all out for ten Haag.

I want him here but with Zidane and Conte available the club wouldn't wait till end of the season for Ten Hag who is not as reputable as them

Get him signed for next summer and give him the mandate to decide contract renewals and sales immediately.

I think the pertinent question is how to convince Ten Hag to take over from this

If we pay 90mil for a player, just fecking pay whatever it will take to get Ole out and just get him.
Since he won't leave Ajax mid season as I said before, this is just a wet dream right now. I suppose we all need a positive to looked too.

Get him now. No issue if he won’t come until next season, but let’s start the transition to him asap.

His Ajax thrashed PSV 5-0.
Result very much flattered Ajax though, just like it did PSV earlier this season.

Ajax was incredibly effective, PSV missed chances and their 2 best players. Not too much I can take from that match, but great to trash your rival nonetheless.

Objectively speaking: can we expect the same people who extended Ole’s contract to get the next appointment right? I’m not sure I do.

Hands are tied in any case, looks like Conte is probably the only decent option.

I would take any half competent CAF member at this point. Like this team is an easy fix but it’s been a year of the same tactical and structural problem.
If Old and coaches can’t see or can’t fix that then I’m afraid they don’t belong at the club.

He isn't going to leave Ajax in the middle of a great season, lets be serious. And if we sack Ole now, we might miss out on him.

Ideally it would be him. But he is not available until the end of the season. So it will probably be conte.

I volunteer, i've had a good Football Manager save with United, a lot of prizes

I have to say one thing that impresses me is that (on paper, at least) an attack of Haller, Berghuis, and Tadic looks pretty imbalanced in the sense of a real lack of penetrative speed and movement in behind, but it somehow seems to be really working. Signs of an impressive manager with a well run system. Am I off the mark there or not? @Ajax fans
