Ronaldo is without a doubt the greatest goalscorer i have seen in over 50 years watching football and supporting my beloved Reds. That 2nd goal wasnt even a half chance.
Bailly was heroic. Shaw much better, AWB much better.
Pogba was a disgrace, I never want to see him in our colours again.
Well done Donny van de Beek.
Three injury timewinners in 3 Cl games by Ronaldo? Incredible!
Think the Atalanta home game was as early as the 83rd min wasn't it?
But I don't want to detract from the sentiments you rightly point out.

Somebody please explain to me why he waited so late to put in some attacking players? Till when Maguire will still be involved! he should be benched right after Lecister game and Pogba it looks so obvious now that he doesn’t care playing for us anymore.

Bruno misses passes, Ronaldo doesn't press enough. Sell them!

Rashford - poor touches, no vision, anonymous. 2/10. Maguire seems to have lost his confidence, below par throughout. Bad blunder from Dave; maybe he was unsighted. Has Pogba been talking to his agent again? His mind seems elsewhere. In general a last-days-of-Saigon vibe about the team and setup. Luck seems to have deserted them.

Spot on.

The term individual brilliance is a buzzword among prejudiced supporters with an agenda.
Hang on.
So you are trying to say that Ronaldo consistently scoring in the final minutes of some of the games is not individual brilliance?
Name me one other player in our team who could've scored the 2 goals which he scored today?
Ronaldo is single-handedly scoring points for us.
He is our MVP, while Ole is holding us back as a team.

Maguire is utterly useless right now. Baily is in top form. He should be playing, yet Ole keeps playing Maguire.
Then there's McFred, when Donny VDB is available.

We rely on buying Galactico class players to cover up the deficiencies of our manager who makes terrible decisions.

No. Not true. Bruno, AWB played well. Shaw was decent by times. Bailly defended well. McT tried but is just short of that vision and pass and football quality. Greenwood was middling.
Not sure it was intended as such, but that is quite a brutal takedown of McTominay - can't see many passes and doesn't have the ability to actually make the few that he does see - aside from that, his only problem is with his "football quality"

Poor lad will be flinging himself off the top of the tallest building in Bergamo if he reads your assessment.

I doubt United will end the season with any silverware but nobody can say this season was boring.

Every game is hilarious to watch if you can just tell yourself to enjoy the ride.

CR7 love the man.

Few points.

That first goal was porn
Magurie was shocking
Please don't play with 5 defenders
I love you Ronaldo
We were lucky today but at least it's exciting...looked poor again...

Some horror shows out there tonight. Harry, Pogba, McT, Rashford all awful. You just can't have that many players in key positions so far off it and expect a performance. Pretty dire at times but no doubt, a great result all things considered.

Pogba needs to be allowed Saturday shopping in either Paris or Manchester every saturday till the end of the season. Maguire needs resting as it appears that he is still suffering an injury which has not healed, Mctominay needs coaching in how to tackle correctly and shown that wrestling players to the ground is not tackling.

Without CR7, we are totally fecked this year. We only have a chance in every game because of him, not despite him as some people may say. Our manager is fecking Bobbins, couldn't manage or coach his way out of a wet paper bag, but is totally safe for the entire season.at least, for no apparent reason other than he is Ole Gunnar Solksjaer. Love the player, but he is a shit manager, that is the top & bottom of it.

So what is the point of qualifying from the group ?
Do you really think this noob manager stands a chance against other elite teams ?

Also, 4th is a mountain to climb now given conte is in spurs.

all in all, CL is not his level.

tldr, sack the noob please. Waste of time.
Hopefully he's gone soon and we'll have a new coach in place while the season can still be saved. I agree though with the interns still in charge it's all pointless.

Am I alone in thinking Tuanzebe should be brought back? Better than Maguire in my book.At least he has pace.
Donny in midfield against City,

When everything is against him and the ceiling is about to come crumbling down Ole always finds the tactics and skills to show that he’s an elite manager who can keep evolving and motivating this absolutely crap squad to out perform against far superior opposition and vastly more expensive squads.

Fantasist two results for Ole, now just imagine what he’d be able to do if he wasn’t operating on such a tight budget and was able to sign players that he wanted and compete with our rivals in the transfer market.
We drew against a team which Man City will smash 4-5 and Chelsea will easily get a clean sheet.

Your assessment is delusional.

Really struggling to find the positives after that match. Ronaldo is incredible. Bailly defended with every fibre of his being.

Thought the right call was to allow the manager to have the week with the team after the Liverpool farce and we bounced back well against Spurs. That second half was bad as anything else this season though. We’re hanging onto this season by our fingernails.
Nope the right call was to sack him last Tuesday morning and get Conte

Dont give too much of a feck about the result as a point away from home is better than 0 & we’re now 1 win away from quali. Who’s next? Valencia away, which may be ok, as they may be without a manager.
Villarreal away is next. If we lose that, we're as good as out. Need to at least get a draw in Spain.

The more online fans cry about it, the more it will be sung at games.
Oh, here's another up yours genius here to tell us we're not real fans. Please proceed, I'm sure it'll be something original

If we'd have signed Conte a few days ago, I'd fancy us winning the CL.
Unfortunately, this season is now a write-off. And if Ole is not fired, next season will be another write-off.
That's absolute hyperbole. What results have you used to come to the conclusion Conte would deliver us a European cup. To say he's lauded as a top manager (his league record is excellent), his European record is quite laughable. Never been past a QF with any team and has only managed 3 victories in the last 15 across all clubs.

Have you erected a statue for Ole outside your home yet?

I'd say he's deserved it with the fantastic two results lately.

Still crap and (barely) papering over the cracks.

I have very little faith going into the weekend. Going to be a long and unpleasant international break

Yeah could have done a Chelsea with Tuchel, now sadly it's heading for the exit somewhere either round of 16 or Quarter Finals

We can’t play as a team. Ole just failed again and saved by Ronaldo. Bailly is a beast , he can throw his body anywhere to save a shot.
DDG is always standing on his touch line he never comes out of the goal !! And again Maguire and Pogba shouldn’t be involved.

Important point but group still very complicated.

Worst manager in the league officially when Newcastle get Emery, have seen some saying he's around 9th/10th but no chance he's lower
