It’s pretty obvious from the performances that the players are not happy. The club is screwed, even I’ve lost interest after 26 years of support. I’m so indifferent towards the club these days.

I agree, but zero articles this damning, and rifts to this degree don't happen overnight, so why wait untill we lose to Wolves to release this story?

I near enough guarantee its a story that the journalists have had from their 'source' from the second week of RR's regime, yet due to no losses, they haven't had the right time to release it.
One mediocre performance, and one poor performance with a loss and boom, there it is.
Yet the reaction on here is why the media do this, because people lap it up.
There has been more than one mediocre performance sadly. We have a bunch of divas who go running to their media contacts to undermine the management at every available opportunity.

Players complaining about an interim manager? Oh hell to the No. It's a couple months of inconvenience at worst. What an absolute coddled bunch.

Ruthless rangnick even banned them flying to dubai for midseason injury holidays. Do these guys even know we pay them higher than other clubs? They should expect higher responsibility not coddling. God, no wonder the team has no spine. It's a freakin interim stint.

So no actual quotes, just mere soundbites from an unknown source in an unknown position.

And everybody loses their crap over it.

Again, a nothing story driven by the media's ability to create a mountain out of a molehill.

Ask yourselves, Would this have been a story had we drawn or won to Wolves?
Like I said, the current frustration among the fanbase is so easy to exploit. Of course there have been many many issues for years

I'd bet its 2 or 3 who feel this way maximum, not a full 11. Its the standard red top tactic take one off the record chat, misquote it, take it out of context and voila, everyone at the club wants to go including Cath on the front desk.

Remember these shit head journos have a career for writing lies and bending the truth. They steal a living off the back of United

Those are barely clues since they can define half our squad right now. Faster this lot gets kicked out, the better it is.
Those clues ‘define half our squad’ ? No, they don’t. They define one person in particular unless I’ve missed half our squad posting pictures of themselves recently wearing other team’s shirts.

The club need to be ruthless. It’s no difference to a busy work place when you have a few nob heads moaning about conditions and wanting out. Get rid of 4 or 5 and the whole dynamics change. Why shouldn’t this situation be any different?
Whether loan or sale: Martial, Henderson, Lingard, Mata….the list goes on but the club needs to act now. If we head into February having not made changes, then we can talk about how poorly this club is run.

I think we know for a fact about Pogba, Lingard, Henderson, Martial, Cavani...

They can feck off. The sooner they go the better.
Fully agree. The time to point the fingers at the coaches and manager has to stop. This guy has only been here 4 weeks. Looking at the picture doing the rounds on twitter of the players walking out for the game is also damming. Players look depressed and dont look like they want to be there. Which is fine. Massive, massive clearout is needed here

Thought we had a cultural reboot but the culture in the dressing room somehow got even more toxic and the players even more pampered. I can't believe the number of complaints about training methods of a freaking interim manager. It's already January so it's 3-4 months inconvenience at worst. It shouldn't be that hard to stomach.

The players that want out aren't necessarily the lazy entitled ones.

Some of the players you mentioned are hard working pros.
I agree it'll be a shame to lose some on that list but we have no need for hard working pros who would rather be elsewhere.

I know where you are coming from but I think with COVID, having a bigger squad helps though.
While this should be true, if you think about it, if those players are not playing and training properly on top of being a negative impact to the dressing room, then what is the point in keeping them?

We can use this to our advantage to get some funds and wages to reshape the squad. Don’t care who we sell as long as it’s not Greenwood and Sancho. Maybe De Gea too because I like him and he sets a good example.

Sell 8-10 players and bring in some youth along with 3 mids and RWB please.

That would make me very, very happy.

I'm sure they all want to go

Pogba well documented. Inconsistent and a high maintenance girlfriend you know you shouldn't be with but can't help yourself, best to part ways

Lingard - Constantly flirting with West Am. Well he can take their bubbles and stick em up his arse

Henderson - Sympathise with. Decent enough keeper who should be playing regular football

Martial - Given so many chances Under Mourhinio and Ole but rarely turned upto the party. Some games last year he literally refused to make the basic runs any number 9 would or should do.

Cavani - Again some sympathy for him, especially if the rumours of a 2 year deal from Barca are true.

If they all went I would not shed a tear, especially if It brings in hungry players who are prepared to graft and put a shift in

There's never a dull moment around these parts now, is there?

If these leaks are true, then its a true shambles and we have to clear out come the summer.

We are already due an exodus in the next two summer windows This is just the rags taking advantage of Ralfs first loss to bring the knives out.

Pogba
Martial
Lingard
Henderson
Donny
Matic
Mata
Cavani
Andreas

That's nine that are already 90% leaving. And it's a good thing, get the lazy entitled players out and bring in fresh ideas and fresh legs.
Add Ronaldo to that. He wont be here longer than 2 years

We are a shit run club that massively underachieves. Majority of players are probably content but it's hard to see many of them being really happy here. Our previous regime did the most damage out of all SAF successors and left us in a terrible shape. We still have players like Bailly who wants to leave for feck knows how many years now but he is still here. Next manager (assuming we manage to get a decent one) will have a lot of issues because this group of players is simply not used to working hard in training at all.

Like others have said, there’s only a few of the first team I’d want to keep anyway, the rest can go.

I think most people would like a fresh start and a full rebuild, bringing through some of the youth, Hannibal, Laird, Garner etc. we’d be no worse off losing some of the more senior players, albeit not good for PR.

Have you watched the games? Did you hear Shaw's comments?

It's pretty obvious that the squad has people pulling in different directions and it's way more than one or two. Shaw was talking about the players on the pitch, not even the guys who's issues are well documented. There is clearly a divide and the reports of cliques have been around since Mourinho.

Everything in this report lines up with what we can see on the pitch. I can believe every word.

Edit: Sorry quoted the wrong post

RR has been here for 3 weeks and coached how many games exactly?!...

Some of the players make me so angry. Always thought Ole's approach was to passive but now it seems the players have no interesst in actually work or fight...

Or maybe Woodward also promised them that it is like Disney land and now they moan because they don't get any cotton candy.

On the other hand I can understand the frustration about how the club is run but that has nothing to do with RR.

Oh please leave all of you, I'd really get rid of all of them. Start from zero from the u18 and I bet we will sooner get on top than we will with this current bunch.

Should have let him go in the summer but apparently he deserved a chance to win with the fantastic squad he built. He got his chance and said squad is now a dead guarantee to be gutted. The turnover is about to become our biggest rebuild since SAF retired. What a truly pointless regime.

I don't even know why a rebuild has us littered with this many old heads near the end of their primes. It looks like the wrong end of a rebuild cycle not the starting point.

I'd be willing to put money on it not being. 'What's wrong with us?' We keep asking. Well, I think the answer is actually staring us in the face and it doesn't take any creative license whatsoever to put a story like this together and for it to be not far off spot on.

This is absolutely years in the making, however. Years of mismanagement and utter incompetence coming to a head and needing a Ferguson '86-'90 level of clear out.

There's no one manager or staff to blame as such a mish-mash of players, ideas, staff and failure is likely to culminate in what we're seeing. The only question I have left is if this is worse than the quagmire Liverpool were in during their years in the wilderness.

The coach killers and olecide

When Cristiano Ronaldo organised a team-bonding dinner in November, there were some notable absentees.

Sportsmail revealed that he was shocked by the drop in standards when he returned to the club. Zlatan Ibrahimovic felt the same when he joined United in 2016

Since when do the players run the club..? if they don't like the way it's being run now then leave. How did they keep their mouths shut when the results were just as bad, if not worse under Ole but now they're chirping after they have a new intertim manager that actually wants to coach them who's been here for about a month? it seems like it's not about Ole or Ralf. It's about the players, they were their comfort zone under Ole which is understandable as Ole is very likeable and defends his players but now that they were being asked to change and adapt, they refuse. Are they footballers or an old man in a retirement home?

At this point, it's them. We can't have these low motivated players if the club wants to move forward, doesnt matter how good their top level is.

Boo hoo, bad ol' Rangnick making me execute tactics and run even!? Whatever shall I do? Lingard, Henderson, Donny, Martial, I get 100%. They need to put their foot down and demand they are allowed to leave. The rest, good riddance.

I mean, this is a proper mess we got ourselves into. And there is half a season to go. Start moving players now. Out and in, don't wait.

I doubt this is true. If it is, we need to get rid of all these players. End of.

Good get the ones that are causing a fuss out of the club I'm sure Rangnick knows who they are but main issue will be the board will they allow him to do that? They might want to protect the "Value" of the players might reward them with a new contract.

I can't say I'm going to lose any sleep over the fringe players who were moaning under Ole and are still moaning leaving. They've failed once again to impress a new manager, it's their problem.

RR should call them out. Who doesnt want to be here? We will sell you/let you leave.
The wage bill would probably go down 50-70% and the funds could get some young hungry players in, in the summer. The new manager/RR would then have a virtual blank canvas to take us forward. The mole would be gone as well.
This season is done imo. We might have an outside chance of FA cup, but wont hold my breath.
