I can't get Zealands face pack to work. It says everything is sorted and it's 'finished' but the faces never load in game.

Without a doubt would have gone the other way for me. I just came from 2-0 down in the Super Cup, momentum shifted and on top going into added time.

My CB, passes back to the keeper under no pressure at all, straight past him into the bottom corner. You couldn’t make it up.
Check his betting activity.
Best/worse own goal I've conceded this year was my defender under zero pressure just volleying the ball past our keeper.

Thats a great start to life in the top flight! Do you have your eye on a league you would like to go to next?
Not really, I'm fairly open. My reputation is still low so probably won't get too much choice, but a league I haven't managed in before (i.e. 2nd division in Norway/Sweden) would be cool.

Unless my save is broken, Norway is a no-go at this stage and you might need to go a bit lower in Sweden. I've not even managed an interview at a 2nd division club and I nearly 1 1/2 star rep and a national B- licence.

My L. Moscow save is imploding, after winning the Russian cup the first season, the league the second, the third season is shite. Knocked out of the UCL group but that was expected, but we went out to Luzern in the Europa league first round which was one of the weakest teams left.

League form has plummeted, so many draws and recently lost at home to Akhmet who hadn’t won all month. Out of all competitions, 12 points behind Zenit with 8 games to go but my concern is I’m only 2 points clear of the European places

The board have turned on me too, so I’ll probably be sacked or released as my contract ends at the end of the season.

Due to poor form I’ve changed formation which brought a hard fought win over Dynamo Moscow but followed with a 5-0 loss to Zenit

Oh really? Fair enough. I've got most of Europe loaded so maybe a 3rd division Greek team then!

There's no harm in applying either way, just a bit of a warning. Someone on here did end up in the Dutch 2nd division very early on in their journeyman, not sure of their reputation at the time.
Completing the early badges is pretty quick anyway and boosts your reputation a lot.

Doesn't look like a great season. Are you required to make Europe?

Yeah, Europa League is the requirement, which is generous considering we won the league last season. I’m 6th at the moment, I need to finish 5th or higher to meet it. The media prediction has me to finish 2nd, which won’t happen.

I ended up failing to land a move away and as the season came down to the last month or so I just decided to carry on as it was going so well.

The Uruguayan 1st division is a bit of a weird one, as can be seen from the picture of me finishing 2nd but being crowned champions!
The season has an opening stage and a closing stage, if you win both of them then you automatically win the championship (I think). If different teams win them then they have a play off. On top of that from how the end of the season played out I think if you finish 2nd in the overall table then even if you win the play off, you have to have another play off against the team who won that (I'm not sure, I just know we had to play Penarol in 2 different play offs at the end of the season to win the championship).

The overall table is made up of the opening and closing stage points plus points gained in Intermedio, which is some weird middle part of the season where the league is split into 2 groups and the winner of each mini league plays off in a final, which we did win and I saw a trophy presentation for but there is nothing on my record for.

Finished 5th in the opening stages but managed to make some quality signings for the closing stages and won it with a record of w13 d1 l1.Then won the whole thing, I was actually out of contract for the whole 2nd half of the season.

1st trophy, 2 stars reputation. They'll all want me now!

I don't want to close my save tonight but I will have to. It's now cursed. We have 5 league games left, a CL semi-final and a French Cup final to play but I haven't lost a single game in any competition this season with my PSG side. A certain Mr Haaland is on 57 goals with an 8.14 avg rating in all competitions.

I'm 3 games away from the Quadruple.

Leeds (H) in the PL
Chelsea in the FA Cup Final
Man Utd in the Champions League Final.

Won all 3 :D My first CL. Hat-trick from my star German striker in the final.

I've moved up to 15th in the Hall Of Fame. Just behind Trapattoni.

The local council keep blocking the stadium expansion plans ffs. They could at least not let me wait a year to tell me that.

Bétis Update

This year, we won the league at a canter. Real and Barcelona have been poor and we were 12 points clear with 8 games to go. Feels great to retain and to see the young players growing. 2nd La Liga in 30 months with Bétis!

We also won the Copa del Rey for a second time! We had about as difficult a draw as you can get. We beat Real Madrid away (6-2!), before having to beat Sevilla in a derby and overcome Atletico over two legs in the semi final. A tense final against Barcelona was won in the 117th minute to absolute scenes!

We were superb in the Champions League. We beat Dortmund in the last 16, before taking out Liverpool over two legs and Bayern in the semifinal. Then, in one of the biggest anticlimaxes to a season ever, we lost 3-0 to Man United in the final. Whole team had an absolute shocker with a few sub 6.0 performances to but. They didn’t even have to work for the goals, all errors. Bitterly disappointed because I thought we had a massive chance.

What to do now? I want to stay. I have built this team and I think we are 3 players away from being good enough. We need an RB, LB and CM (possibly a change of goalkeeper after the final). How do we get that with no budget?

We have managed to get the finances up to a net zero through the prize money and the board have a agreed to do back up to 70% of transfer revenue. So we have to sell. Who is the big question.

Saul, Emre Can and Odrizola will all leave after seasons where they were clearly on the decline. So that is about 300k per week saved. Unfortantely, all of that will have to be used tying down the nucleus of young players we have (the key players). It had to be a considered summer that will leave us looking stronger in those three positions without sacrificing depth.

I have been Spain boss for a while, but I absolutely hate it. It’s just a distraction and I can’t seem to get any form out of the team at all. Honestly, can’t wait to get these Euros out of the way so I can resign and focus on what’s important!

@Maluco Great season that, the UCL final despite defeat seems a very good achievement. Not sure if I would leave just yet.

My L.Moscow save is over, finished a point out of the European places (lost to my rivals for that spot on the last day) and the board called an emergency meeting. They said I can stay but took my transfer budget away from me. So I resigned. But overall, I felt I did well to win the league and cup with them, played in all the European competitions but didn't do well in any of them.

The clubs I'm getting linked with are League one, Serie B, Championship sides. I would have expected something a little higher than that. I declared interest in the Liverpool job for a laugh as Klopp is under pressure but the press laughed it off  Euro's soon so I'm sure some jobs will crop up. The only available jobs in any top flight are Aberdeen and Flamengo. I'm not interested in ever managing in England so not including West Ham, West Brom and Everton jobs.

Sounds all very un-Solius like tbh. Not one mention of an injury time winner...

I know! Thought it might be closer but Utd are 10th in my save.

After having expansion plans blocked two seasons running, the board have agreed to build a new stadium instead :D

I just had one of the best seasons, if not the best I have ever had on any FM, probably also due to the fact that I probably managed the best squad I've ever assembled on any FM. It's 2029 but my starting 11 is full of current players that are essentially in their absolute peak prime so it's almost unstoppable.

Haaland was of course, a freak.

We won everything there was possible to win. The early French Super Cup, The European Super Cup, Ligue 1, The French Cup and The Champions League. The only game we lost througout the whole season was a CL semi-final 2nd leg against Arsenal, which was 1-0. We won the 1st leg 3-0. Interestingly my CL run in the knockout was City, Chelsea, Arsenal and then United in the final.

The board rewarded me by building a new stadium....The Mauricio Pochettino Stadium...

A bit of a Weymouth update.

After winning the FA Trophy and finishing 5th I was all prepared to kick on. The money from the cup run left me in a good place to invest and challenge for the title.....or soni thought.

A takeover happens. I keep my job but I'm given no money at all. But I'm under my wage budget so I can work with this, right?

Wrong. Oh I was wrong.

My new chairman decided he wanted to go full time. No warnings no questions. Just a memo, oh you're full time now, you need to offer new contracts ASAP.

I had 3 keys players whose contract were running out and I'm trying to sign full time contracts on a grand total of £9k a week.

Once I'd secured contracts, I had 18 senior players and trying to bring anyone else in was murder, I was allowed to offer £110 a week on a full time contract or £1 an appearance for non-contract terms. So I quickly moved some very young 16 and 17 year old in to the first team and buckled myself in for a long season.

We did OK, but again just too many games for my young, very stretched squad.

We finished 14th, never really worried about relegation and getting through a season like that is better for the long term future.

We reached the 2nd round of the FA Cup which added a bit more to the coffers.

We also retained the FA Trophy, this time beating Woking on penalties at Wembley. That was worth nearly £100k to us which is handy.

I got shot of a few higher earners that weren't performing and added 2 centre halves. I spent the whole of last season rotating between 3 cbs. This season I added 2 younger lads as cover. I lost a fair few attacking options but I replaced them from my u23s.

We were ticking along quite nicely but I ran into a midfield crisis. Injuries and suspensions decimated the side and I went in to an FA Trophy game with 2 16 year old in midfield. They did very well to help us to a 0-0 draw and even better to win the replay 0-2.

Then, my captain Archie Woods, a ladvi picked up at the end of my first season on a free from West Ham. Was subject to a £100k bud from Bolton. I couldn't stand in his way so he has gone. I quickly replaced his with 2 nidfieldrrs. One that I got on a free at the same time as Woods. Akinola came from Arsensl and was decent for me but I sold him to Doncaster.

So, we're at the end of Jan. 6th in the table and still in the FA Trophy. I think the title is looking beyond us, but I'm hoping for a playoff run. I think I have the squad to bd able to give it a crack.

So England have Neil Brock from SI in their side! He must be pretty good. A few of their staff members end up as world class
Is that who that is? He's unreal. Plays for Spurs and has forced me to play Greenwood on the wings as he's just too good up top. I thought he was some Kane regen or something.

Walked out of Sporting Defensor at the end of the season. I wasn't as desirable as I thought I might be though, turned down by a lot of teams in half decent top leagues and Dunfermline in the Scottish championship.
I was approached by Arsenal Sarandi in the Argentinean top division but failed the interview. That was only really a back up plan anyway as I think it's another oddly structured league.

Dinamo Minsk then came in for me and I ended up getting the job. They're in the Belarusian Highest League, finished 5th last season missing out on Europe.
Like many things they were very big in the 90s but they've dropped off a bit since then and haven't won the league since 2004.

Aw no! That’s a sad end! But like you say, probably achieved everything that was possible to achieve there. It has definitely inspired me to give it a go after this and see if I can find those illusive Russian regens!

Flamengo could be great! They have money and the quality of players coming through the youth ranks In Brazil is ridiculous!

I'd only go to Brazil if you like a crazy amount of games each season though.
