The guy is a total fraud who adds zero value to the club. Get rid asap.
Its not that he doesn't add to the club. He is actually causing HARM to it.

He clearly is throwing the players under the bus after every press conference.

He's come in, tried to implement his methods with his ted lasso staff, and its not worked. The players dont respect him and its come to the point where they ignore his instructions.

He hasn't been able to organise us at all outside of his first few matches in charge.

He hasn't a CLUE how to manage or lift this team.

So instead he has decided just to light everything on fire and watch it burn.

FRAUD.

Think I'm against the tide with this one but I'd have no issue if he left the club today.

Being a football manager IS NOT as simple as slating your surroundings every week, and it's clear that he has no ability to lift the players' confidence, rather the opposite.

Yes, make the point to the board that things need to change (because they do, including the board) but that does not forgive the lack of any tangible progress that he has made with a previously already underachieving squad.

The players are not a very good bunch, but I am sick of the free pass that Ragnick gets.

Get this cnut fraud out of my club right now.

Would rather bring Carrick back.

This german fraud hasn't a clue how to manage top tier players or motivate/organise a team.
He is the biggest spoofer the premier league has witnessed.

He's not only here to lift this team, he is also here to help with the overhaul. Part of his remit is to get us to top 4 but he wasn't brought into this club because he's a top manager. He's brought in for after that more than anything else.

The players are shite, they're a lost cause. His latest interviews is one of the best things to happen to the club in the past 10 years, outside of winning a couple cups of course.

Funny you would say that, as I'm pretty sure Mourinho has said similar (in a more reserved way too!) yet was vilified on here.

Don't buy into all this german gegenpress grandfather bullshit.

This man has failed miserably and is trying to cover up the fact that he CAN'T manage this team to the standards required.

Agree. Never seen this much love for a Manchester United manager who is incapable of winning football matches.
Its mental.

Some of these kids just lap up that gegenpress german grandfather bullshite.

I said it right from the begnining. Ralf isn't even a manager. Let alone a qualified one for Manchester United.

He was only hired because he was viewed as the inspiration the bin dipper manager.

I've yet to see the winning part Sweet. Yet to see it. :(
Wasn’t the Norwich game enough for you!

Tbh after the ok run of form at the start(Although I think most results ended draws)it’s massively gone to shit, which he has to take some blame for. The difficulty for me is just how much blame.

After watching these players fail under 4 managers now and in similar ways, I tend to blame them more for the rubbish we are seeing.

Maybe because some of us have perspective and an appreciation of the multitude of factors and problems that have led to the appalling state that this club is in.

9 years of abject failure and player power reigning supreme and we have people in this thread thinking the solution to improving our fortunes was to keep Carrick on, or bring in a different interim manager, as if that alone would have made any difference to our long-term success.

If Rangnick's tenure here helps to improve the structure of the club and fix some of the underlying issues behind the scenes then it was worth every defeat we've suffered and then some.

Some people aren’t quite clever enough to grasp all this.

Rangnick will not improve anything at the club irrespective of what capacity. He’s finished and should be cut loose at seasons end.

Some people on here should start applying for DoF or manager roles, seeing as they know so much.

Don’t think it matters because he’s leaving anyway. If he was permanent manager knives would be out.

Rangnick has failed in his job as manager, no way around it. The interim is supposed to give some spirit to the club to the end of the season, not take it all away. Really Ole would have done as well and we would have played with more spirit. Then at the end of the season, get Ten Hag anyway.

As a manager he's been shocking. Being a consultant is a whole different thing altogether though. He says the right things but yet to see any action taken by him. Lets see if that changes once he actually starts the consultant role.
