I have a feeling he’ll still turn out to be a good PL player. It’s true though a lot of us thought he looked like the kind of punt that could come straight into the team. In reality we were miles off.

Looks average to be honest
At least quarter of the goals in this video wouldn't been scored just because of goalie's performances

Looks very two-footed judging by that highlights video. Imagine him and Greenwood playing as the two up top, defenders would have no weak foot to force them onto.

I dont find Greenwood that two footed nowadays. He prefers his left foot most of the time.

I know what you mean and think it's an unfortunate symptom of his being stuck out on the right. At #9 I'd imagine (and hope) that two footedness would seep back in.

6 goals last night.

Another one we could have signed, were being linked to but failed to get. Along with Caicedo who is quickly showing his quality, in the first team at Brighton and tearing it up already. The simple eye test showed that both were exceptional talents.

All that nonsense people were saying about him just being for their development network. Will likely get gametime at City season 1

It will be interesting to see who leaves. Jesus seems a certainty but you'd think with Haaland and Alvarez coming in that one of Sterling/Foden/Mahrez/Silva/Grealish would be off too. Sterling or Silva the most likely of course.

yeah, won't be Foden, I can see it being Mahrez and Silva, the latter because his wife apparently doesn't like England much, and Mahrez being in last year of contract and being over 30. I really hope Jesus stays but I think he wants more game time, Sterling is a funny one, I'd give him a new contract tomorrow but I think he would love to play abroad and again last year of contract, hope he doesn't go to Arsenal or Chelsea.

He will be perfect for City. If they play him that is, as Haaland will be the undisputed starter. He could surprise quite a few, if Haaland has some injury issues again.

Don't think he'll play much at all, tbh. Wouldn't be surprised to see him loaned to one of their feeder clubs

don't think it'll be a feeder club, if he's a good as reported I don't think the leagues where we have feeder clubs are competitive enough for him

We truly feck Ralf over by not signing this guy and Dias even after he requested them in January.

Neither I would think. They can and will compete for the wing and midfield spots. Alvarez would be rotation or on as a sub for Haaland, or maybe he starts because hes scoring and Haaland is off for a bit.

Their squad depth just keeps getting bigger. And people wonder why they keep winning leagues.

That feels far too top heavy unless they loan out Palmer/Delap.

You have to feel for this guy really. You think you're signing to play for City then they go and buy a world class striker to stand in your way

I'm sure he will have plenty of good loans.

Looks like an Aguero regen. Not good enough to help turn our season around though according to our sorry shower of scouts.

City will be scary next season.

He looks like he's going to be a top player. He has that natural strikers instinct. Very like Aguero.

Can see City dipping in for Gallardo too when Pep decides he's going to leave.

Half the Caf wrote him off when we were linked, many saying he's just being linked to us like Caicedo. Then when City were linked they said 'he'll just be part of their network and will never play for them'.

Some of those finishes are impressive. 1 and 5 are quite hard to execute on the run, regardless of the time a space given. Obviously the banger at 3 is one people will go on about but he won't be given that amount of time and space in the PL to hit it even if it is a good goal.

The best thing about that video is the crowd, every goal hits with the GOLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL just sounds fantastic.

We're going to regret this one, for 20M it was a steal. The most promising player from the argentinian league by a mile, yet we didnt ñull the trigger.

Who the feck is taking that decisions? We bought Pellistri for nearly as much and he wasnt/isn't even closely rated.
