 Nice to see him in Red. A few years later than I would have liked but still absolutely thrilled to have him.

 I have a feeling he's reinvented himself a bit in how he plays since the heart thing, and with Ten Hag in, I feel like there's a chance Eriksen turns into a brilliant playmaker that can play well into his 30's. Not the same talent as Scholes, but he's brilliant technically all the same and no reason to suggest that he can't develop like that. I think we'll see a lot of Bruno - Eriksen together in front of Fred this season, basically just spitting in for Van de Beek from the Villa game.

Who do you guys think is the better passer between Fernandes and Eriksen? I personally thinks Eriksen is more calm and have a better eye for his teammates (and without doubt better corners and freekicks) - where Fernandes have some exeptionally passes every game, but then looses so many easy ones. I will not be sure Fernandes will be a sure starter in ETHs playstyle. If we looses a idiotic pass in a high-line defense. We will end up being screwed.
Eriksen is a much calmer and more composed passer. With Bruno, it's always go-go-go. He's great - but he isn't calm, he doesn't really have that ability to calm things down and just control the game/progress it patiently. He's always looking for the killer ball. Eriksen is more of the controlling type, progressing type with the eye for the final ball. Important to have both! But also Eriksen is very 2 footed, so it's a huge benefit.

Ah, so he was in today for the video promo stuff? There goes my theory about him coming because Martinez needed adult supervision.

The most intriguing signing of the summer as I'm not sure exactly how much ETH intends to play him, where he plans to use him or exactly how good this version of Eriksen is.

Could be a nailed on first choice player, could be a squad player, could be used in several positions, could be a revelation, could be just useful.

He's always been a class player though and he fits stylistically so it should be fun.

He looks depressed. Like he has just realised what he has signed up to.

I wonder how he'll be deployed. Does he come as a sub or he plays together with Bruno with someone sitting(Fred or FDJ if that happens)

That's just Danish people.

Their expression for "to like something" could be translated as something like "I can suffer it". That says it all

Actually that was all done yesterday. He states that the other players weren't there which would have been yesterday. Training pics be out later as he should have been training with the rest today

We must be bad if a guy who literally died and resurrected, and is probably quite content with just being alive in general still finds the thought of playing for us as depressing.

Sums it up.

We'll know soon enough, I guess.
