And they said ole was the problem……
cnuts were assembled via transfers and contract extensions by him, unfit, uncoached squad, Brickhead captaincy and other things, damage done by him is real.

Oh he was. Itl take many many weeks to get these guys in a system. They've been used to doing feck all in pressing for a lifetime with Ole.
So maybe we shouldn’t expect them to get any results for many weeks. Just how many weeks will that be???
Ole got a result with almost the same squad abd had them playing more cohesive football that this disjointed pile of shit.
I just heard that the manager wants 11 new players. What happened to all those calls to sack ole as he was tactically inept and we needed just a tactically astute manager to unlock the potential of the squad. Don’t you dare deny that the ole outers were craving and crying out for this.
Oh how i crave those 4-0’s and 5-1’s under ole. Now we are reduced to craving for a 0-0 draw or even a score draw.

What do you think Ten Hag means by new and quality players?

Are we going back in for Arnoutivic after we sign Rabiot?

Glazers have only themselves to blame for their incompetence to run a club like this properly. We’ve spent a lot on the market last few years but never seems to build a real team.
There’s no structure, no plan, no future thinking. It’s really worrying to think that we probably need another billion to even think about challenging again.

From "we need only the right players" to "WE NEED PLAYERS FFS ANYONE WILL DO" in the space of a week.

This is what happens when you dont watch the games from last season and when John Murtough the psuedo football director fails to realise that a pack of shite leopards wont change their shitty spots.

Yet those same cnuts performed for him and got him third and second place. Maybe this coaching lark is too easy and i can also do it right!!!

There are many problematic players who were not assembled by him (I will leave the new ones assembled under ETH out): DdG, Dalot, Fred, Shaw, Lindelof. Pogba until last season.

While it's impossible to buy 10 quality players in one window unless the team is called Barcelona (still don't understand that one) it is possible to get 10 players of mixed quality. Some decent, others top quality. Main thing is getting rid of the rotten culture so even if some are just decent as long as they are motivated and good team players the mix will be very good.

With regards to the budget I'd probably recruit something like

3 sure starters
3 rotationals
2 great dressing room players
2 promoted youths

Not to be underestimated
Barcelona used to have a guy called Pinto as their second goalie. The guy arrived from Celta Vigo I believe and that was probably his level. But the dude was hugely popular within the team and he was an older wise head. That guy didn't get stressed out by the pressure, on the contrary, he relieved pressure of others and helped create a good atmosphere. FIND "A Pinto"! Choupo Moting is that guy at Bayern today. I'm sure United have had their own Pinto before. Find a new one on the cheap, quickly.

Also, I really do get the Arnautovic move. AC Milan brought in Zlatan 2-3 years ago until his body broke down bit by bit. Mario Mandzukic was handed a contract a year or so ago but unfortunately he was totally shot. Then they brought in Giroud and he won them the title with a little help of the motivator Ibrahimovic.

Arnautovic has a good resume, was very good during last years euros, is talented and has passion. He could have been a decent back up striker as well as a fierce competitor teaching some of the sulks what it's all about. And if he had matured earlier he would have been close to world class, unfortunately he lacked proper guidance in his youth.

The guy spent 300m and got us 3rd and 2nd. And got us playing sexy and exciting football along the way breaking so many good records.
He spent 300m and won zero trophies and is why the club is on its worst dry spell in a long time. His predecessor finished 2nd and actually won stuff and still wasnt good enough. Our football was also never sexy. Movement and passing when we werent countering looked incredibly raw. He also left behind a team his fans are desperately trying to disown as having nothing to do with him.

Gonna take a few windows I'm afraid, but he's not wrong.

De Gea
Dalot
Maguire
McTomminy
Fred
Rashford
Bruno
Sancho

All got to go
Got to find buyers for that lot on their wages. We will keep De Gea, Maguire, Rashford, Bruno and Sancho.

Why on earth we bought Martinez is beyond me - unless we can turn him into a DM.

Think we’ll get de Jong, Rabiot, a RB, and possibly break the bank for Antony.

My love for RR‘s 6 months of utter facts and call outs will never diminish.
Do not understand the praise for RR at all. Waste of time and money. Any half knowledgeable footballing minded person could've gone in their and point out the obvious glaring problems this club had. He states we needed 10/11 new players (well d'uh) and gets praised as some sort of genius whilst being paid a hefty sum. He had such an easy ride and took no responsibility.

Bullshit. He was infact a practical manager who understood his squads limitations and played to its potential. And got the results too.
Like trying to play football with McFred? Brining in a past it Ronaldo
Maguire 80 mil captain

Sounding like Rangnick isn’t he? Remember when he came in and how he was talking about this talented squad that finished 2nd a year ago. Now reality has dawned. Better late then never. Hope he gives Rangnick a call and says sorry for shunning him.

Though I would point out one of the worst players today was a player Ten Hag choose and spent 50 million on, so the question of whether Ten Hag and the recruitment team know what players they should be buying is very highly questionable especially considering a lot of the players we have been linked with this week.

His Ajax side would not have folded in this way so that tells me that this is not entirely his fault although his purchase of Martinez (when better options were available) is looking like a terrible decision. Need to give both some time obviously. We looked toothless in attack too. This was honestly the worst performance I can remember from a United team.

So are we playing sexy football now??? I thought 80% of ole outers believed that the squad wa good enough and just needed a tactically astute manager to unlock their potential. And if winning things is the criteria then we are certainly on course to win the league 1 trophy in his third season as currently we look like winning the square root of feck all.

If we don't get a midfielder, RB and attacker in soon, all with winning mentalities and enough quality to make a difference then I worry we'll be in real trouble this year.

Poor ETH has walked into a fecking mincer here.

One of your worst looking players so far has been a player he brought in… :nervous:

The Glazers are a huge issue, the biggest issue but I can't blame Martinez on them. That's on you Erik. He's not big enough to play CB in this league. What a disastrous signing he's turning out to be already. He's not even quick either. He's small and quite slow. That's an absolute joke how he's been recruited and for that amount too.

You have to feel sorry for Erik; he was enticed into the club probably based on its historical prestige... and now he has been dealt not just a shit sandwich but a shit banquet, served every day in time for dinner and tea.

Like getting 3rd and 2nd with mcfred. And that too with maguire 80m captain while setting away wins records along the way. Maybe it should be you who should be heating up. Oh how the standards have slipped. Or were those standards only for ole.

I still think Liverpool last year at old trafford was the worst.

Obviously not ”d’uh“ or the problems would have been fixed wouldn’t they? D’uh. Fecking genius you are.

2 out of the 3 players we've signed were totally unnecessary, familiar to EtH and didn't address any of the problems we've had for fecking years. Our single biggest remaining target is another former player and fellow Dutchman. Arnautovic was said to be one of his other targets.

He's definitely been dictating transfer policy and he's been getting it completely wrong. He needs to concentrate on coaching and back the feck off with transfers. The board needs to prove its moved on from past mistakes and start getting scouting right.
It’s too soon to say any of his transfers were wrong.

Hard to feel sorry for him when he insisted on keeping Harry captain labeling him a very succesful player. Giving chances to the likes of Shaw, Fred Scott, Rashford, Dalot and a bunch of other useless trash who offer the team nothing.

He has already shot himself in the foot. Every single time he lets those cnuts go out on the pitch he's already in trouble by default.

Playing out of the back... With De Gea and Harry?? Give me a fecking break.

I loved Ole. I think he was slowly getting there but was hamstrung by the club, buying players he didn’t want and failing to get us what we needed - elite midfielders.

I wouldn’t fancy his chances of getting a tune out of these players from this position. Most of them need a fresh start somewhere else.

Unfortunately it will take a good while to turn this club around.
