Complete swap deal would be better, Ronnie does not want to be here at all and needs to be gone by whatever means necessary, I honestly wouldn’t care if he went to City. I completely understand why he wants to go, but not enjoying his demeanour and behaviour over the last few months trying to get his wish.
They don't want him! No one of any top ambitions want him because they know what many of us knew last summer! He is not necessarily a problem and he was far from our worst problem last year but equally speaking, he is not going to be a part of a dynamic modern fluid team and he couldn't have been for around 3 or 4 years now. He just can't run or function in any of the systems preferred by the top managers and teams nowadays. That's why Pep was not convinced last year and that's why every top club in Europe felt the same this year. We, and before us, Juventus but at least, back them there wasn't enough data to suggest just how his playing style has developed. But for us, what's the excuse? We just panicked when we heard he might be going to City and our board smelled the commercial and branding opportunity and agreed to ridiculous wages because his arrival did indeed raise our profile but at what expense!? People throw at us the accusation that we make business decisions over footballing ones all the time but there is no worse example of it than than Ronaldo deal last year.

I'm getting to the point where I would happily leave him to rot for a year. Pay him his wages and ban him from training with the first team but make him train every damn session with the reserves so he doesn't just feck off to Portugal. If he wants to leave that much then he needs to make the required sacrifices and stop behaving like a child.
Totally agreed. Let him train individually the same way he eats alone. And let him sit on the bench and travel with the squad for PL and Europa league games without hardly being used.

I'm getting to the point where if Atleti offer us Morata and Lemar for Ronaldo I'd take it.
Guillem Balague is a bottom tier journalist. I wouldn’t be surprised if he pulled all that out of his ass.

Managers have never told lies to a press conference before.

Next up it’ll be “X has been banging them in in training, it’ll happen in a game soon honest guv”
At the end of the day, you’re gonna believe whatever suits your agenda so it’s futile we even try and engage here. Ronaldo, the guy who has been exemplary every where he’s gone coupled with unprecedented success is suddenly this rotten apple that has wreaked havoc upon a club that was already very troubled before he even arrived.

I find it funny how silly some people are.

He will tweet about ETH talking positive about CR7 but when he has come out and siad positive about Maguire, he doesnt believe it.

Yeah I can understand why Ronnie cannot identify with this team. His mentality doesn't allow him to accept mediocrity. If he's detrimental to the team and cannot adapt to Ten Hag's requirements then he should go.

I wholeheartedly believe that Ronaldo more than any single other person is responsible for the dire state of the dressing room. There was talk of cliques existing prior to his arrival last season but it seemed quite harmonious until this princess arrived. I'm just fed up of it.

Signing Ronaldo was the worst thing that happened to this club in the Solskjaer era. Completely wrecked the playing style we had which, whilst admittedly limited, was at least capable of producing regular Champions League football. Torpedoed the harmony of the dressing room. Regularly acts like a diva, and all to the tune of 650k a week. What a complete waste of time and money.
Diva would be a better description. Here he is crying and being a disruptive presence instead of being a professional and putting in a shift.

Does football legend eat alone? I think and believe the answer is No.
He eats alone because he doesn't season his grilled chicken and broccoli, everyone else is queuing up for salt and pepper. Except Shaw, who just drowns his food in tomato ketchup

The point isn’t that he eats alone because nobody likes him - it’s that he eats alone in direct contradiction to the fecking manager. He wants out. He’s playing up to get out.
Yep. Ten Hag has all the players eat together. Eating alone means he's ignoring instructions.

Anything he says about Ronaldo fecking infuriates me. He’s so desperate to defend him at all costs. Feck off cnut.
I mean, ignore the source but what he’s saying is kinda true. All these briefs against Ronaldo is just a form of deflection from the team’s diabolical performances. Giving false hope that if Ronaldo was to leave that somehow it would stop DDG from making huge blunders and teach MCTominay and co. how to play football.

They’re not deflecting if you believe that, which I do. He is the biggest problem in the squad right now.

It's true tbh. As frustrated and as angry as he is, he's the only one who shows effort for us. It's people like ddg, maguire, dalot and McFred who we should be angry at.

Rumours are that Joel Glazer is trying to veto any move.
I'm surprised that he actually made one good decision.
I don’t think it will be a cricket score. I feel Liverpool will play a tight game and win a comfortable 0-2. Don’t think United have enough creativity to beat their press or physicality to beat the Pool defense with long balls.
EtH will be under huge pressure going into the Southampton game. You could easily end up with 2 points after 6 games, 12-16 points behind Arsenal and Spurs. Imagine being out of the top-4 race within your first 6 games. Can’t see EtH in the job after this season.
If he has half a brain, EtH will set the entire team up to get the best out of Ronaldo playing LF. Next season when Ronaldo leaves he can prioritize a striker and style. The way things are going, he won't last the season.

Left this forum.
Forest are back in the Prem. Why is he still talking about Man Utd?
Who is this guy? I've seen his channel a couple of times and they have like 1.5 million subscribers? They where on tour as well and he seems to love Ronaldo but seems to hate the Glazers? Wasn't the Glazers who brought back Ronaldo and his silly wages?
